A bit of premeditation!
Oshada Fernando decides to come a couple of steps down the pitch, before Sam Curran has released.
Curran reacts well, and throws down the bouncer, and a top edge goes fine for six.
Four wickets for Tom Curran, two each for Woakes & Willey

I’ve just passed a guy with the outer part of a watermelon on his head like a helmet. As you do.
Four singles from Tom Curran's first over.
Here's Chris Woakes picked up the fourth Sri Lanka wicket.

There's still plenty of time left in this game, Sri Lanka could do something special. I've seen stranger things happen in Bristol.
And the left-armer starts with a maiden.
People are tucking into ice creams in Bristol. Never mind the forecasted rain.
Sam Curran, who took five wickets in the second ODI on Thursday, is replacing David Willey.
No let up for the tourists.

But it is a weakened Sri Lanka team and as a batter, getting runs in this series wouldn't make me feel completely in form going into the next series with Pakistan, for example.

Sri Lanka just can't get a string of consistent performances together, whereas England seem to have answered every single question mark that was hanging over their team.
Chris Woakes strays a tad too full, and Oshada Fernando works him through mid-wicket for three. That's a nice shot.
Sri Lanka just have to find a way to bat through the overs here.
Eoin Morgan has often made a change at this point, but Chris Woakes is going to continue.
Here's how the third wicket fell...

Jay Perry: Are Sri Lanka going to surpass themselves here and get less than 100?
Sri Lanka have made an almighty mess of the 10-over powerplays in this ODI series. Here's how they've done:
First ODI: 47-3
Second ODI: 47-4
Third ODI: 45-4
Series powerplays: 139-11
Erm, at least they are consistent?

This has been a very difficult tour for Sri Lanka, staring down the barrel of a sixth straight defeat. There haven't been many bright sparks but Dhananjaya de Silva has been one of them.
Wanindu Hasaranga blocks out his first ball.
The Sri Lanka changing room look shell shocked.
These two teams do realise there is no football to watch tonight, right?

Chris Woakes really put his back into that short ball, which surprised de Silva. He didn't see it coming.
De Silva c Rashid b Woakes 4 (SL 42-4)
Another one. Sigh.
It's clever bowling from Chris Woakes, throwing in the surprise bouncer, and Dhananjaya de Silva can't resist.
It catches the top edge, though, and loops straight to Adil Rashid at fine leg. He didn't need to move.
Sri Lanka have now lost 11 wickets in the powerplay in this series.
This was a very good review by England and David Willey.
