Oh my, that is a remarkable shot from Mohammad Rizwan as he drills Gregory down to the long-on boundary. Pure timing, great balance, shot of the match.

Oh my, that is a remarkable shot from Mohammad Rizwan as he drills Gregory down to the long-on boundary. Pure timing, great balance, shot of the match.
Poor from Lewis Gregory - it's short and slow and Babar has all the time in the world to ferociously pull through mid-wicket for four. He now has 76 from 88.
That really was a tough chance, I feel harsh calling it a drop.
The sun is piercing through the clouds at Edgbaston and Pakistan are undoubtedly enjoying their best period of play in this limited-series.

Those chances between bat and pad off the inside edge are never easy for a keeper.
Is this a dropped catch? Parkinson fools Rizwan with a googly and John Simpson fails to hold on. Replays show it found the the inside edge.

Babar needs to be sensible here. Pakistan will need him to be there at the end.
Babar mistimes a pull and the ball is dragged to the leg side, it's aerial for a moment but manages to find the gap. A good diving stop from Brydon Carse running back from mid-on saves the four.
Rizwan looks for an expansive pull and is almost outdone by a Lewis Gregory slower.
Another good over for Pakistan though with seven coming from it.

I like Rizwan. He's got a bit of swagger about him.
Rizwan preservers with the sweep shot, he's had some good and bad moments with the shot in his innings so far. This time he nearly gloves it into the hands of Simpson, the ball falling too far in front of the wicketkeeper.
Seven from Parkinson's over, a good comeback after conceding a boundary in his first delivery.

Babar Azam is starting to look more and more dangerous.
Babar jigs down the wicket and just about manages to just clear the man at mid-off for four more. The timing wasn't there but he got enough on it.

Theo: Cracking to see Parkinson showing his skills at international level... about time!
A delicate cut down to third man to end the over. Babar is on it now, England will be desperate for his wicket.
Parkinson to continue.

The Pakistan fans are on their feet! They've had more to cheer today than in the last two games.
Rizwan 15, Babar 57
Cor, Babar connected with that!
Lewis Gregory comes into the attack and a slower ball cutter is absolutely smashed over the mid-on boundary for six.
Another unconvincing sweep shot from Rizwan as he top-edges it over John Simpson to add two more to the Pakistan total.
The Pakistan captain has reached his half century with a push to mid-on. It was a slow start from Babar but he upped the pace as the innings went on.
His team will want him to go big now.

That's a traditional sweep, but played with hard hands and clattered to the boundary.
Rizwan's struggles with leg-spinners are evident as he attempts a sweep but send the ball ballooning just out of the reach of Simpson behind the stumps.
Much better from the Pakistan number four as he connects with the next delivery, delightfully sweeping it for four.
A single brings Babar on strike.
Shot!
Stokes bangs it in short and Mohammad Rizwan pulls through square leg for a boundary.
Babar crunches Stokes to backward point but a diving stop from Phil Salt stops the Pakistan skipper from reaching his 50.
