Mark my words, Pakistan will get these runs with ease. Really poor from England today.

Azhar Mahmood
Former Pakistan all-rounder on BBC One
200 on the board is a tough task for Pakistan. Chasing that will be very difficult.
Alex Hartley
Former England bowler on BBC Test Match Special
What an innings. Ups and downs. Jason Roy getting 10 in the first over then getting out. Moeen Ali and Jos Buttler took advantage, and 200 in a T20 again.
Very nicely poised this.
Pakistan will be confident - the ball can definitely travel off this pitch, as Jos Buttler, Moeen Ali and Liam Livingstone showed. And they've got Babar Azam, of course.
England will also back themselves. There were hints of spin towards the end of the innings and the hosts have two leg-spinners - Adil Rashid and Matt Parkinson - to call on, plus Moeen Ali's off-spin and potentially even Livingstone.
Saqib Mahmood has had a brilliant summer. Chris Jordan is England's all-time leading wicket-taker in T20s. Tom Curran needs a good showing. I fear for his mentions if he gets carted.

Ian: What an absolute mess England have made of this. Our spinners will have to bowl very well today. I don't fancy our seamers on this track.
Alex Hartley
Former England bowler on BBC Test Match Special
Normally you'd say 200 is enough, but here you'd probably say it's par.
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC One
It's been great entertainment.
Parkinson b Shaheen 5 (Eng 200 all out)
Ah. A shuffle too far.
Matt Parkinson backs to leg again, Shaheen Shah Afridi is having none of it and sends down a fine yorker that Parkinson ends up deflecting into the stumps as he tries to jam the bat down.
Superb response from Shaheen and Pakistan limit England to 200.
And with a ball to spare.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Former England batter on BBC One
Ding ding! What a shot.
Hello!
Matt Parkinson shows how to shuffle. He backs away to leg side, frees his arms and marmalises it over point for four.
That's the 200 up for England.
The final pair just knock it around to start with before a booming drive from Saqib Mahmood is straight at mid-off - but a mis-field from Haris Rauf allows a single.
Pakistan - aside from the odd ropey delivery - have bowled well on this surface. England should be over 200 by now.
What can Parkinson and Mahmood do with the final over?

Sorry, you didn't show the full message. I definitely will watch.
Tim in Crewe
Matt Parkinson taps the hat-trick ball to extra cover for a single.
Saqib Mahmood also gets off the mark with a single.
Hat-trick ball coming... Matt Parkinson to face...

Rashid set himself up, probably two stumps outside off stump, but he has gone too far. He made it too obvious what he was going to do.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Former England batter on BBC One
It was too obvious. It was an easy target for Haris.
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC One
Rashid showed too much of the stumps. Haris is on a hat-trick.
Rashid b Rauf 2 (Eng 191-9)
There's shuffling across the crease and then there's walking off the cut strip.
Adil Rashid shows all three stumps to Haris Rauf - and space for pretty much another set of stumps - as he moves a long way to off.
Rauf sees it early, targets the stumps and rattles them. Easy.
