    And there it is!

Oh this is gorgeous from Chris Jordan. Shaheen Shah Afridi errs down the leg side and Jordan just casually whips it over deep backward square leg for six.

He seemed to barely move the bat there. Tremendous power.

  2. Eng 172-6published at 16.5 overs

Good placement and running from Jordan and Curran as they pick up ones and twos. Could do with a boundary, mind.

Pakistan will think they can restrict England to below 200.

You sense he'd have hit a few more of these without that mix-up...

Tom Curran. Goes around the park most games. Batting two places too high at seven. Just ran out England's best chance of getting 200.

One bail is good enough to break. Livingstone is confused, but that's the rule.

    Livingstone run out (Khan/Rauf) 38 (Eng 165-6)

    Weird cricket all round.

Liam Livingstone miscues a scoop shot that balloons up short of square leg. He doesn't want the run but Tom Curran is almost on top of him so Livingstone has to go.

Azam Khan collects and throws to Haris Rauf, who gathers and, as he turns, knocks the stumps with his leg, sending one bail off.

But the other bail remains on, so when he dislodges it with his hands that counts as out, with Livingstone short of his ground.

Curran needs to make amends with the bat now.

Hang on - has Haris Rauf broke the stumps first before taking the bails off?

This is tight. One bail may still be when he hits the stumps with his hands.

  11. Third umpirepublished at 15.3 overs

Eek. Horrid mix-up between Livingstone and Curran as an attempted sweep loops just short of a fielder.

    Livingstone dives as Rauf gathers.

    Looks out. Goes upstairs.

  12. Eng 164-5published at 15.2 overs

Low full toss = bashed over mid-off for four by Liam Livingstone.

I hope Leeds Rhinos aren't training on that ground, because that has sailed into the rugby ground.

    Eng 160-5published at 15.1 overs

You know those massive beach balls that get bounced around the Western Terrace or the Hollies Stand?

Liam Livingstone is seeing the ball like that.

Haris Rauf pitches it in the slot and Livingstone mashes it out of the ground. And into another ground, belonging to Leeds Rhinos.

    Andy Zaltzman
    Statistician on BBC One

This series the overall scoring rate is 10.9 per over, which is the highest in an international T20 series.

  19. Eng 154-5published at 15 overs

Tom Curran has played some big knocks in the Big Bash. Can he translate that to the international stage here?

Jonny Bairstow knew as soon as that ball went up in the air. He looked in good touch but played one shot too many, going for the big heave.
