James Anderson has 12 wickets this summer but none of them have come in the opening spells. His opening spells combined are 0-86 in 41 overs. He has been focused at keeping it tight and the opposition have been cautious against him.

Cheteshwar Pujara sets the tone by seeing off a maiden from Mark Wood. Although the fact no runs are conceded is thanks to a brilliant bit of fielding from Moeen Ali, who makes a superb diving stop at square leg off Wood's fourth delivery.

Thanks Callum. No lunch for me today. Sunday is more of a brunch day, I reckon. Had the works earlier.

Great morning for England. Can they back it up in the afternoon with a few more wickets? Or will India come back fighting?

    Stick with us.

Right, time for me to go and warm up my leftover pizza. Yes, that's right - warm it up. Cold pizza is not acceptable.

Away from Lord's for a minute, poor old Ravi Bopara had a bit of an unfortunate accident down at the Oval last night.

There are more crucial games in The Hundred today.

Trent Rockets v Manchester Originals in the women's competition will be live on Red Button, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app, with the usual live text commentary, from 15:15 BST.

Rockets then face Originals in the men's competition with in-play clips, radio & text commentary from 18:45 BST.

Rockets currently sit fourth in both the men's and women's competition and need to win to maintain any hope of reaching the eliminator and final.

Alison Mitchell is chairing a discussion on TMS at the interval on cricket's inclusion in the Olympic Games after the ICC's announcement they will lobby for inclusion at Los Angeles 2024.

My view? I need to hear more about the proposals. It is a fantastic idea for the teams that aren't in the top tier but the elite Full Member nations already play a lot of cricket, so it will be interesting to see how this is added to the calendar.

Could it be like the football with under-23 sides? That could work.

The Associate and prospective Associate members get next-to-nothing in central government funding because cricket is not classified as an Olympic sport. It could be a real game-changer for them. A chance to truly make cricket a global sport played by everyone.
