  1. India win by 151 runspublished at 18:36 British Summer Time 16 August 2021

England are bowled out for 120 in 51.5 overs.

India's players go crazy. Virat Kohli punches the air in celebration. He's absolutely pumped up.

Siraj and the rest of India's players sprint away grabbing the stumps on their way back to the pavilion.

Wow. An incredible turnaround from where we started the day.

    Anderson b Siraj 0

James Anderson hangs the bat out to one from Mohammed Siraj, and India's fielders erupt but there's no bat on it.

Next ball, Siraj goes round the wicket, and he smashes a full one into Anderson's stumps!

    Astonishing.

What a turnaround on this final day. It has been incredible.

We always knew India were in the game, but when they declared after lunch it was a question of if they could bowl England out in 60 overs.

It is a fabulous delivery. Jos Buttler had to play at it with the angle. India are on the verge...

India delirious! Jos Buttler nibbles at one from Mohammed Siraj and India need one wicket to win this Test match.

It's a feather at one back of a length.

The feeling that strikes me is it is better for England that Mark Wood is coming out now than Stuart Broad.

    He is a better batter.

England have promoted Mark Wood to bat next.

That is brilliant bowling from Jasprit Bumrah.

Jasprit Bumrah knew it straight away. It is an amazing delivery. It is almost like a really quick off-spinner.

  13. wicket

Robinson lbw Bumrah 9 (Eng 120-8)

The decision goes India's way. An off-cutter from Jasprit Bumrah round the wicket, and it's hit Ollie Robinson's back knee in line.

    Exceptional bowling.

  14. India reviewpublished at 51.5 overs

England down to single figures in terms of overs.

Jasprit Bumrah is varying his length. He starts with a short ball, then follows it up with two full balls which Ollie Robinson successfully digs out.

He strikes Robinson on the pad with his fifth ball. This looks close and is turned down but Virat Kohli reviews.

To top off an appalling day of cricket, Lord's has decided to stop serving drinks at 17.50, despite ubiquitous "alcohol served until 18.00" signs. How on earth am I expected to make it through the next hour?!

Day five of a Test match and Ishant Sharma looks drained. He has a hang dog expression every time he returns to his mark. Sharma digs one into the pitch off his second ball but Jos Buttler defends stoically again.

Ricky Ponting turned to the liquorice all sorts of Marcus North, Simon Katich and Michael Clarke late in the day when Monty Panesar and James Anderson famously saved the Test in Cardiff 2009.

Virat Kohli's not quite at that stage of desperation yet, is he?

If I was India I would offer Jos Buttler a single from the first ball of every over. He is taking them, but whether he will further down the line, who knows.

You would then get five balls at Ollie Robinson, who is a nine, rather than Buttler, who is a six.

Jasprit Burmah has all the buttons undone on his white playing shirt, a la John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.

India now have two men in close catching wearing helmets, at short leg and silly point.

Jos Buttler is leaving and defending well.

The Indian side and the bowlers will start looking at the overs left now, and the shoulders will start getting a bit more tense.

The feeling of anxiety will be switching and they will start searching for wickets.
