Ishant Sharma has a slightly weary look on his face (I'm searching for any, practically any, signs England can save this Test...) and he overpitches the third ball of his over to Jos Buttler, which the England wicketkeeper leans into. He and Ollie Robinson run three.

Robinson jabs his bat down to keep out a full one from Ishant off the last ball of the over.

It has been a long day and it comes down to these final 13 overs. There are a few heads in hands in the England changing room.

The bright yellow soles of Jasprit Bumrah's bowling boots are visible every time he pitter-patters to the crease and delivers.

Jos Buttler gets his whole body in line and shows the full face of the bat to block defiantly his third ball, before ducking out of the way of a short one next ball.

Buttler squirts away a wide yorker off the penultimate ball and jogs a single.

Virat Kohli is sat on the boundary edge talking about his dropped catch of Jos Buttler.

He knows how important that could be.

Ishant Sharma is on from the Nursery Ground End, and collapses in a heap in his follow through from his first ball.

Ollie Robinson is watching the ball very carefully as he sees off a maiden from Ishant, mixing defence and leaving well.

What's Kohli doing? Three wickets to get and he's got two slips, leg slip, gully, short extra? Surely he knows that the way you bowl out the tail is to put four men out on the leg-side boundary...?

Since 1989 there have only been two Tests where England's opponents have been batting at the end of day four and then bowled out England on day five.

They were both in New Zealand - Auckland in 2002 and Hamilton in 2008. The last time in England was the Headingley Test against Australia in 1989.

Jasprit Bumrah back, and the last ball of his over is angled in at pace at Jos Buttler. The England wicketkeeper had to play at that, and it catches the edge but drops short of second slip.

India trying to ramp up the pressure again.

Buttler edges the last ball of Bumrah's over through the gully region and it goes to the boundary for four.

I've sure I've just seen a handshake between Ollie Robinson and Virat Kohli. Maybe it has just got too much and Jos Buttler has just said 'come on, guys'.

Virat Kohli stretches his arms out and lifts his palms to the air, motioning to his side to lift things. A period of calm for Jos Buttler and Ollie Robinson.

At the end of Mohammed Shami's over Kohli has a chat with Buttler, jabbing his finger at England's wicketkeeper.

It's a bit more light-hearted than Mike Gatting and Shakoor Rana, but Kohli is definitely trying to goad Buttler into something.

You just feel with Shami if he bowls a similar over as the last one, he will not be far off of an outside edge.

Ollie Robinson might well be a fisherman. He casts off to a wide one outside of stump from Mohammed Shami but there's no rod, I mean bat, on it.

Mohammed Siraj who looks, bowls and you would imagine dresses, like a rock star is running in attacking the crease.

Ollie Robinson prods one down the ground and he and Jos Buttler run three. A couple of balls later and Buttler turns one round the corner for four.

Siraj's two wickets, including Sam Curran's second first-ball duck of the match, from moments ago are below.
