    Middlesex openers Mark Stoneman and Sam Robson have both brought up their centuries on the first day at Sussex. Middlesex are completely dominant on 228-0.

    But Leicestershire nightwatchman Chris Wright didn't manage to reach three figures. He was out for a career-best 87 at Derby with Leicestershire now on 447-6.

    Kent are still piling on the runs against Worcestershire. The hosts are 350-8 at Canterbury and lead by 217.

    Essex have been bowled all out for 276, giving them a lead over Gloucestershire of exactly 200 runs. The visitors have started their second innings much better than their first. They are 25-0 after six overs.

    And Northamptonshire are ticking towards Surrey's first-innings total, the hosts are 117-6, 135 runs behind.

    But Kent are still in complete control at 306-6 and a lead of 173.

    Leicestershire nightwatchman Chris Wright is closing in on an extraordinary century of his own. He has 83 in their 401-5 at Derbyshire.
