    Warwickshire 116 v Hampshire 89 & 268-8

It's a 60-run partnership now for Keith Barker (54 not out) and Brad Wheal (24 not out).

You can see the frustration on the faces of the Warwickshire bowlers. Get this wicket though and they'll bring in Mohammad Abbas, a true number 11.

Hampshire's lead is at 241. It's in the balance.

You've got to feel for Middlesex's number three Stevie Eskinazi.

Out for four last night after his openers both made tons.

    Sussex v Middlesex 415-2

Following his record-breaking opening stand of 376 with Mark Stoneman yesterday, Sam Robson brings up his double century at Hove.

It's the 32-year-old's fourth double ton for his county.

And there's the prospect of more to come.

    Notts 272 & 153-5 v Lancashire 168

Nottinghamshire's batsmen have been untroubled so far this morning.

Tom Moores and Lyndon James tick the score past 150, and the lead beyond 250.

Plenty more batting to come from the hosts today I reckon. Can't see time being a worry in this match.

    Essex 276 v Gloucestershire 76 & 134-8

And another wicket falls in Essex.

Simon Harmer bowls Chris Dent for 11. Number nine and number 10 are at the crease for Gloucestershire. This should be over fairly quickly.

    Essex 276 v Gloucestershire 76 & 132-7

Looks as if we're set for an early result at Chelmsford.

New batsman Graeme van Buuren lasts just four balls before he's pinned leg before by Sam Cook for a duck.

Gloucestershire still trail Essex by 66 runs. The hosts need three more wickets to win.

    Notts 272 & 146-5 v Lancashire 168

Nottinghamshire's Tom Moores has just crunched Tom Bailey for two fours through the covers.

It looks like Notts' batsman have been told to get on with it.

Why not, it's batting conditions all the way at Trent Bridge. Looks like an absolute scorcher.

Back to the cricket and there's two wickets to tell you about in Division Two.

First, Surrey's Hashim Amla has been caught behind off the bowling of Northamptonshire's Simon Kerrigan.

He falls for 26 to leave Surrey 102-5, 183 runs ahead.

While Essex's Sam Cook has also found Tom Lace's edge to leave Gloucestershire 134-6.

The visitors are still 66 runs off making Essex bat again.

    Warwickshire 116 v Hampshire 89 & 261-8

Not a bad way to start the morning.

Keith Barker backs up the five-for he took yesterday, with a half-century today against his former county.

It comes from 130 runs with six fours. Frustrating for Warwickshire, these are valuable runs for Hampshire.

The two Division One games remaining are both wonderfully poised.

Notts lead Lancashire by 231 with five wickets remaining and Hampshire are 233 in front of Warwickshire with two wickets left at Edgbaston.

It means Lancashire and the Bears are both likely to face tricky chases.
