  1. Bancroft takes a stunner behind the stumpspublished at 16:43 British Summer Time 19 August 2021

Cameron Bancroft isn't normally known for his wicketkeeping and has been deputising behind the sticks for Durham in this competition.

But, he took a brilliant catch early on in Glamorgan's innings to dismiss Steven Reingold.

Durham seam bowler Matty Potts speaking on Sky Sports:

"Looking at that score, we think they're a bit under par and we'll look to come out with our strong top order and chase it down.

"Chris Rushworth did a fantastic job for us at the top there with his 10 overs.

"It means the world to be in a final with my home county and I'm really thankful for the opportunity.

That's a more than competitive score for Glamorgan.

I think that will take some chasing, even on this good pitch.

It's something for them to bowl at, but the way their lower-order scrapped in those closing overs to post a score will give them lots of confidence.

    Glamorgan 296-9 v Durham

Matty Potts finishes with 3-55 and it was his burst that blew open the innings after Glamorgan were so well placed at 157-2 in the 28th over.

Captain Kiran Carlson played superbly well for his 82 in 59 balls but his dismissal rather summed up the innings.

A number of times Glamorgan were going well and threatened damage but they kept losing wickets.

I've got Durham as favourites but runs on the board is never a bad thing.

  7. Glamorgan post 296-9published at 16:25 British Summer Time 19 August 2021

Well that is quite some effort from the final pair to post 296.

Glamorgan were in danger of being bowled out with four overs remaining but Lukas Carey and Michael Hogan have squeezed them up to almost 300.

Just reinforces the point about how they've made good progress without playing that well.

What a great shot from Michael Hogan!

That could be the momentum shift Glamorgan needed to take in to the break.

  9. Glamorgan 296-9published at 50 overs

    Carey 19, Hogan 12

Lukas Carey pulls two wide of midwicket and then steps to leg to swing one over the bowler's head for four! Lovely strike.

They take a single to mid-on when Carey should probably have kept the strike.

Michael Hogan can't do anything with two well-directed bumpers.

But then Potts bowls a beamer and Hogan slams it for six over midwicket! An great hit.

Final ball is just inside the guideline outside off and they scramble a bye.

I'm not sure what bat Lukas Carey is using, but if I was him I'd be having a word with the sponsor as it looks like they've left the cover on the way he's mis-timed a couple of shots.

Needs to take the bubble wrapping off it!

Matty Potts to bowl the final over.

  12. Glamorgan 280-9published at 49 overs

    Carey 12, Hogan 6

Michael Hogan somehow finds a boundary.

He cuts in the air just short of point and David Bedingham allows it to squirm past him and away to the fence.

Otherwise a quiet set from Ben Raine, who finishes with 3-58 from his 10.

Glamorgan have at least got to 280 which is an achievement from 263-9.

    Jake Ball

Glamorgan need to play this over smartly as Ben Raine will look to bowl a lot of slower balls into the pitch.

Another 10-12 runs from here will give them a competitive score.

  14. Glamorgan 274-9published at 48 overs

    Carey 11, Hogan 1

Twice Lukas Carey picks out point and twice plays and misses before a single to third man.

Without playing that well, Glamorgan have just about stayed on course for 300 throughout the innings.

Things just petering out now with this final pair.

And that surely is a concern for the run-chase.

Feels like plenty of runs available today - as there often is at Trent Bridge.

  15. Glamorgan 272-9published at 47 overs

    Carey 10, Hogan 0

Lukas Carey tries to pull and gets a top edge that almost presents a catch to the wicketkeeper.

But then has another go and wheels one around to deep-backward square for four.

Then he gets one outside off and cracks it past point for four!

A scrambled single and he'll keep the strike.

Great over in the end for Glamorgan.

Two yards either side of Graham Clark there and that shot from James Weighell was going for six.

James Weighell's unfortunate there as he absolutely nailed that shot but Graham Clark took a superb catch on the rope.

    Alas not!

Full and wide and there to be hit but James Weighell picks out deep point.

Struck it fairly well again but picks out the fielder.

Glamorgan in danger of leaving plenty of deliveries out there now.

Glamorgan have just got to scrap for every single run here until the end of the innings.

That James Weighell six made a lovely sound off the bat. It was one of those as a bowler where you don't need to turn around and watch it as you just know it's gone over your head for six!

  20. Glamorgan 263-8published at 46 overs

    Carey 1, Weighell 15

    Ah hello!

James Weighell takes a length ball down the ground for six! What a fine strike that is.

Maybe he can blast a few more in these final four overs.

    Glamorgan need some.
