Heather Knight will be disappointed it with Danielle Gibson there. She had ground to make up but it's never a good look when the ball lobs you and lands for a one-bounce four.
Du Preez whacks Heather Knight for four - it looked very close to being a six at first but it's a rare boundary off the spinner. There were cries of 'catch it', so maybe the fielder was closer to it than it looked.
Obviously Ecclestone is focusing on her batting at the moment but I bet she is buzzing to have a bowl on this pitch.
Sophie Ecclestone is renowned for her bowling but she can really bat. But she usually only plays one way: she whacks it. So this could be entertaining!

That was a mad few minutes. Originals were cruising, and then that run out of Emma Lamb was a real gift and you can tell they feel like they're back on top now with a couple of quick wickets. They're making a lot more noise and the pressure is on Mignon du Preez to stay there now.

Jinxed it.
Emma Lamb will be furious with herself there, you'd imagine. She hits one straight to the fielder, sets off for the run, but Mignon du Preez says no and it's a straightforward run out.
Halfway through this first innings and Emma Lamb and Mignon du Preez look very comfortable on 39 and 20 respectively.
If these two stay in, it could be a big chase for London Spirit.

There's a game of cricket going on by one of the many ice cream vans dotted around. A young fan took a tidy one-handed catch, then ruined it by performing the 'dab' ... come on, lad, that's so 2017.
Ah, Mignon du Preez joins the party! Spin has definitely been harder to play today but this one is thumped for four over the top of all the fielders on the off side.
And two balls later, she carves another one away from a hockey-like shot - in fact, she's put so much pressure on the Spirit they've taken their strategic timeout when Charlie Dean still has a ball left to bowl.

I had my operation only three weeks ago so it's still slow progress at the moment but going well.
I've heard good things about the 'party stand' I'm sat in front of today. It's not always gone my way when playing for the opposition here but hopefully it'll be better today!
It looks like seam is easier to hit out there today and Lamb and Du Preez are able to target the short boundary.
Lamb hits it in the air, and it's dropped - but it doesn't matter anyway because you can't be out off a free hit.
Suddenly Originals have got all the momentum back.
Oh, no. Dattani follows it with a no-ball - it was bowled at Emma Lamb without bouncing and above waist height - so she gets a free hit.

Cricket is amazing - she'd only scored eight in the matches so far but suddenly she's not hitting everything off the middle and is 36 not out.
You can't bowl there to Emma Lamb! It's short and wide outside off stump on two occasions from Naomi Dattani's bowling and both times Lamb helps herself to four.
To be fair, she's so good there's not really anywhere you can bowl to her without going for runs.
