You have to take those to beat quality teams like England.
Target 222
Nice! Sophia Dunkley gets down on one knee and paddles round for the corner for, after some confusion, three.
Is that a drop? It is, but it would have been an absolute corker. Amy Jones cracks an on-drive, and Sneh Rana gets a hand to it, but it goes down to long on for a single.
Thanks Ffion.
Well, well, well, England are in a spot of bother aren't they? They've still got the quality to win this, but it will be a good chase now.
Here are three of the four wickets to fall so far.
Jones 18, Dunkley 2
England take 10 from Yadav's over and that will calm some nerves.
And I'm going to take a break as Callum Matthews is here to take you through to the end.
And she repeats the dose with an almost identical shot for another boundary. A good counter-attack from Jones which will ease the pressure on Dunkley too.
That'll make Amy Jones feel much better - Poonam Yadav tempts her with a ball that's looped so high it's come down with snow on it, and Jones thumps it over her head for four.
England's 100 comes up in style.
Jones 8, Dunkley 2
You'd still say England are on top here, given the amount of time left and their very long batting line-up.
But it's been great to see India fighting hard, backing each other and looking like they're really enjoying themselves out there. It's the India we missed in the first ODI.

Harmanpreet Kaur is such a princess. She asks us to order her food, and cut her chicken when she's with us at Lancashire.
There's yet more T20 Blast group stage games tonight.
Yorkshire have been bowled out for 81 against Birmingham Bears, while Ben Stokes has taken a couple of wickets in his four overs against Northamptonshire Steelbacks.
Ollie Pope is currently batting for Surrey against Hampshire too.
You can listen to commentary from all three games here.

Harmanpreeet Kaur should be captaining this ODI side - I think she is a brilliant white-ball captain.
Jones 5, Dunkley 1
India are all over this - they're shouting, charging in for every ball, there are fist bumps and back taps.
Harmanpreet Kaur is commanding her troops with such authority out there that you've got to wonder if this new-found energy for India has come from her captaincy.

England are making hard work of this run chase.
They'd have been extremely confident at the interval too.
Sophia Dunkley cuts and misses at her first ball in ODI cricket and India's fielders let out simultaneous oohs and aahs.
Pressure.
Sciver c Bhatia b Rana 19
No doubt this time!
India will be buzzing with that one. Sciver doesn't capitalise on her reprieve and she gets an outside edge through to Taniya Bhatia whose fine day with the gloves continues as she snaffles the catch.
Sophia Dunkley comes in for her maiden ODI innings and Jones hasn't been at the crease long.
You sense this is a big chance for India.

Ex-Middlesex captain on BBC Test Match Special
It is the first time in the series that it has felt like India have a chance of winning the game.
These two teams tend to beat each other in their home conditions.
India are still making plenty of noise and they are still in this. Amy Jones nearly drags on from the final ball of Pandey's over which draws plenty of claps and cheers from the fielders.

It is a good test of England's middle order now, because they didn't get a chance in the first ODI.
Amy Jones has been performing on the domestic circuit.
England, in a way, will welcome this.
Sciver 15, Jones 3
A couple of singles taken to settle things a little.
