Anya Shrubsole is shouting 'nothing different here, Brunty', and she's right. England are bowling so well.

  2. Pak 53-3published at 22 overs

Another maiden for Kate Cross, which will come as a surprise to absolutely no one.

There's half an appeal for an lbw from the final ball but they opt against the review - looked a bit high.

  3. Pak 53-3published at 21 overs

I wonder if Heather Knight is using Pakistan's slow progress as a chance to give Sophie Ecclestone a bit of a rest.

She brings back Katherine Brunt in an attempt to sneak another wicket.

Elsewhere in today's other World Cup fixture, South Africa are taking on West Indies in a rain-affected game.

And not to alarm anyone, but Laura Wolvaardt has been dismissed for a single-figure score...

England are very much on top here and look to be heading for a very heavy victory. They have been dominant with the ball.

Two run outs for Pakistan so far, which is far from ideal.

  7. Pak 51-3published at 20 overs

Just three conceded from another testing over by the metronomic Kate Cross.

Kate Cross' bowling: 4% full, 96% good length and 0% short. 4 overs, 1 maidens, went for 8 runs, took 0 wickets with an economy of 2.00.

Nida Dar is a fun cricketer to watch. She has her sleeves rolled up, and some proper swagger at the crease - she means business.

Although she will need to kick on from two from 12 balls at some point, as will Sidra Amin - she's held the innings together but with 25 from 57, you have to make up for the slow run-rate with a big score.

Cross and Sciver are becoming a very economical partnership.

I think Cross has been under-used by England. I think she could be a threat with the new ball.

  11. Pak 46-3published at 18 overs

Kate Cross has been so impressive throughout this tournament, even in England's first three losses. She's been so consistent, and contributed to lots of wickets despite not taking many herself.

Four from the over breaks the cycle of maidens.

  12. Pak 42-3published at 17 overs

This innings is stalling. England are giving nothing away but Pakistan aren't trying to make something happen, either. Another maiden.

A risk from the batters - and potentially a wicket - feels imminent.

Sophie Ecclestone hasn't even bowled yet, either!

  13. Pak 42-3published at 16 overs

I had a 90 minute nap earlier, just before my shift started, and when I woke from it I really wasn't sure whether it would be beneficial or a hindrance.

I think it may be the latter. Just over an hour in and I need a coffee already.

    Another maiden from Kate Cross.

    Pak 42-3published at 15 overs

    Amin 21, Dar 0

Full and straight from Sciver, driven beautifully past the bowler for four right down the ground. There haven't been many to choose from, but that's the shot of the morning so far.

And then Sidra Amin treats us to it once again - a good over for Pakistan.

    Time for a drink.

That was England's ninth run out of the tournament, which is pretty remarkable when their fielding hasn't actually been that good.

Nida Dar is the new batter for Pakistan.

    WICKETpublished at 13.3 overs

Omaima run out Beaumont 11 (Pak 33-3)

Tammy Beaumont makes up for England's sloppy five minutes in the field with a direct hit!

Another attempt at a single that probably wasn't there, hitting the ball straight to Beaumont at mid-off who scoops and pounces to complete the second run out of the day.
