Captain Joty drops Jones, a tough chance as it was a healthy edge and it's never easy for a keeper standing up. Nahida the bowler crouches mid pitch in disappointment. Only a single from the over.

The ball is older and isn't going to swing. Jahanara is going to have to bowl a little straighter.
The tall Jahanara with her green headband and blond streaks is back into the attack. Jones smashes a wide ball through wide mid-off for four, that came straight out of the middle. Dunkley plays an almost carbon copy and helps herself to four more, a good over for England.
A fine sweep from Dunkley gives her a couple of runs, otherwise it's another tight over from Salma. You get the feeling the England pair are just happy to see out Salma's spell.

That's the first real aggression after we had the slow on pace seamers for a number of overs. It's a chance for Dunkley to use her feet.
A lovely one-bounce four back over the bowler's head from Dunkley brings up the fifty partnership. And then the 150 is raised with a single.
The experienced Salma manages to tie down the England batters, with only two singles picked up. It looks like Dunkley and Jones want to begin a charge but they're not quite able to.

Tricky little situation for England with Salma coming back to her favourite end.
Both Jones and Dunkley seem to have sized up Lata Mondal, they pick up seven runs from the over without much fuss, it includes two wides.
Salma returns for her second spell, bowling with her cap on. Dunkley plays a very late cut, there's no fielder at deep third, so she picks up another four.

Bangladesh didn't play an ODI between November 2019 and November 2021. That's two years. Playing more often means more better systems are put in place, and that elevates and lifts the international competition.
The TMS lunchbreak guest is ICC interim chief executive Geoff Allardice. We'll be putting some of Mel's thoughts to him.
It's Nahida at backward point with tidy fielding to prevent runs. Lata Mondal's lack of pace is doing the trick for Bangladesh, only a single taken from the over.
Jones looks to use her feet against Rumana, she comes down the track a couple of times but it's tight bowling with only three runs coming from the over.
Ritu Moni has finished a very tidy 10 overs. Lata Mondal with her medium pace replaces her. There's a couple of over-throws as Bangladesh's backing up fails them.
No prizes for guessing who this chap is supporting today...
Rumana Ahmed, another of Bangladesh's array of slow bowlers, is introduced into the attack. She keeps things tight and only concedes a couple of singles.

Sophia Dunkley has long levers and uses them to good effect.
There's a smattering of spectators on the grass banks watching on, as Dunkley bunts Fahima down the ground for four. She looks in good touch in, as a strong offside drive is stopped in the ring off the last ball.

112 is probably the right place for England to be on this pitch. It's the four wickets that are a problem.
