If you look around the ground, there's a lot of young girls in the crowd.
That's what great about these short formats, it brings youngsters into the game.
There's been a lot of stories in recent years in the Big Bash and will be in this tournament in years to come, of players playing alongside their heroes, players they first saw play when they first came to watch the game.
Another four, this time Capsey dancing down the wicket and hitting straight down the ground.
Delightful.
And Knight herself completes a tidy set of five that concedes a few singles.

Pure class from Alice Capsey. She effortlessly hits Charlie Dean over her head for four - it was more of a glide, she hit it so elegantly.
And she follows it up with some innovation, reverse-sweeping the next ball for four more!

Earlier, Freya Davies got London Spirit off to the perfect start, bowling Georgia Adams with the second ball of the game.
Dane van Niekerk whacks Naomi Dattani for two consecutive fours. That'll do nicely.
Shot! Youngster Alice Capsey plonks Heather Knight for another four. She has 18 from 17 balls and there is significant pressure on the 16-year-old here.
But, she is batting with the hero of the last game, Dane van Niekerk, which should make it a little easier.

We spoke about trying to force balls to the boundary that aren't quite there to hit and that's an example right there.
It was tame really, just a ball lobbed back to the bowler and a simple catch.

Charlie Dean claims the big wicket of Fran Wilson and it's a bit of a tame dismissal - Wilson chips it back to the bowler for one of the simplest caught and bowled chances you will see.

I don't think I've ever seen that, but the batter just ran off after being given out.
They obviously had a conversation about whether or not to refer it, but quickly decided against it.
It's normally the opposite where there's a slow trudge off the ground. I think she caught the next batter a little off-guard jogging off as quickly as that.

Well now. Surely this was worth a review?
Grace Gibbs advances a long way down the pitch to new bowler Deepti Sharma, misses the ball and is hit on the pads.
Massive appeal and given! The ball still had a long way to travel but Gibbs decides not to review.
And, you can tell I'm not an umpire, ball tracking shows that would've gone on to hit the stumps. Excellent decision. And wise not to review.
