That's flicked gloriously by Guptill for six. He could really put this game out of Scotland's reach very soon.

Alasdair Evans is back into the attack and he nearly snares Martin Guptill but a leading edge goes back over his head and lands short of the fielder running in from mid-on.
Guptill, clearly irked by that, latches onto a slower delivery from Evans and powers the ball through deep backward square for six
It was a ropey ball from the Scotland bowler, but wonderful timing again from Guptill. Makes it look so easy.
Despite losing three wickets New Zealand have not let it hinder their scoring, the run rate is a healthy 7.45.

That's been walloped! If Phillips gets going, that's what he can do. You can't give him that full length.
Hello! Glenn Phillips joins the party!
Michael Leask is into the attack but drops his fourth delivery too full and Phillips launches it through deep midwicket for six.
That's gone a long way.

I don't think India and their fans will be getting excited about this match just yet. Martin Guptill is set and Glenn Phillips is a good player. Two quick wickets could change that all.
But I think Scotland need to restrict New Zealand to under 130 to half a chance of winning.
Martin Gupill is still there, though. He is on 39 from 30 balls and looks in decent nick, as this hefty six shows.
While the teams have a drink, let's have a look what some of the action so far.
First up, a huge wicket for Scotland as Safyaan Sharif dismisses Kane Williamson will the gentlest of flicks down leg through to the wicketkeeper.

Little things like that allow batters to release pressure. Scotland need to get rid of those errors.
Some relief for New Zealand as Chris Greaves drops it too short and wide, allowing Martin Guptill to cut it away fine for four. That ruins his figures somewhat.
Pressure valve released.
Yep. Replays showed the ball was going down leg. Good decision by the umpire.

Sliding down leg.
Huge appeal as a quicker delivery from Mark Watt smacks Glenn Phillips on the back pad - but the umpire says no.
Scotland Kyle Coetzer has a think but decides against an appeal.

Scotland just about have New Zealand on a leash here. They've got to make the most of this position.
Scotland's spinners are pinning New Zealand back here. Chris Greaves is the new bowler with his legbreaks and the batters struggle to get him away. Just the four off it.

Scotland probably know this pitch better than New Zealand do, having played more associate tournaments here.

Andy Bowd: Got to say, the cricket on the radio during the day is a very welcome thing.
There's plenty of oohs and aahs from Mark Watt as he gives Glenn Phillips and early grilling.
Two runs off the over. Just when New Zealand look to be pulling away, Scotland reel them back in.
Really impressive stuff.
It's been an eventful few overs, here is how it all started. Scotland seamer Safyaan Sharif trapping New Zealand opener Daryl Mitchell lbw.

That's a great take by Matthew Cross.
