Josh Roberts: Surely if he’d hit that, there would have been some kind of deviation on the ball? Third ump seemed to make the decision fairly quickly whilst looking at a frozen frame. Looked fairly conclusively like it had hit the pad first in slo-mo.
Oh, that is lovely. Devon Conway with a picture perfect straight drive down the ground off Broad, and he holds the pose too for good measure.
Rate that. A nice battle is bubbling between this pair.

I think he's a bit lucky they've ruled an inside edge. You feel the ball has gone through.
And saved by the inside edge, too, as replays show it would have pitched in line and clipped leg stump.
England look gutted.
