I'm absolutely delighted for Jack Leach. He looks like he's enjoying himself and the Western Terrace is getting behind him.

    Boult b Leach 4 (NZ 326)

It's 10 for the match for Jack Leach!

Trent Boult goes for another heave but gets nothing on it and the ball clatters into the stumps.

What a moment for Leach as he is mobbed by his team-mates before walking off to a rapturous reception.

He has a beaming smile on his face as he holds up the ball to the crowd.

    A wonderful moment.

Now it is Trent Boult's turn as he dances down the track and powers the ball through mid-wicket for four.

  5. NZ 322-9published at 105 overs

Ha, that's ridiculous from Tom Blundell as he goes for a scoop back over the wicketkeeper's head for four.

New Zealand's lead edging towards 300...

That's a great shot from Tom Blundell as he goes on the charge before playing a measured cut backward of square for four.

This is turning into quite the match for Jack Leach.

Here he is beating Tim Southee all ends up and clipping his middle stump.

    NZ 314-9

    Oh Joe.

It's a third dropped catch but this was another tough one. Boult feathering an edge that a diving Root couldn't quite hold on to.

That was a very good improvised shot. He came down to Potts and gave himself enough room to swing his arms.

  11. NZ 314-9published at 103 overs

That's a beauty from Matthew Potts as he beats Tom Blundell - a player well set on 72 - all ends up outside his off stump.

    What a response.

Blundell charges Potts and powers a cross-batted shot through the covers for four.

He pushes for a single with the last ball but actually gets too much on it and the ball escapes for another boundary, meaning Trent Boult will be on strike next up.

It's lodged in between his legs. It's not a classical take. Bob Taylor didn't do it like that. But it's good enough for Billings.

  15. wicket

    Wagner c Billings b Leach 0 (NZ 305-9)

    Gone!

It is a clear edge from Neil Wagner but the question was about the catch.

Sam Billings fumbles the catch but reacts by jamming his legs together and the ball lodges in his pads.

    They all count!

Southee tried to defend and it's not his natural game. It's not his strength. It was a quicker delivery and scuttled through. He almost did him for pace.

  19. wicket

    Southee b Leach 2 (NZ 305-8)

Bowled him! Jack Leach has three in this innings as a slightly quicker delivery beats Tim Southee all ends up and clatters into the top of middle stump.

That's eight in the match for Leach so far.

Here we go. Ben Stokes tries to get the ball changed but with no luck.
