What a good shot!
Mohammed Shami goes again and it's a maximum over mid-off!
That's a remarkable shot.
Mohammed Shami is enjoying this. He attempts a hook off Craig Overton and a gets a top-edge that goes high into the sky before dropping just short of the fine leg boundary for a one-bounce four.
India are going down swinging.
A candidate for the freakiest boundary of the summer so far from Ravindra Jadeja a few overs ago.
They need a bit more good fortune like that if they are to get close to that victory target, you'd think.

That is remarkable! That was a glorious shot. It might even be the best shot of the innings.
Hello? New batter Mohammed Shami is not known for his batting but he has just played a wonderful drive that flew through the covers for four.

This could well be the end of India's hopes.

There are big celebrations from the England players.
Hardik Pandya can't believe it. He is disconsolate at the crease. I expect he is taking India's chances back to the pavilion with him.
Pandya c Livingstone b Moeen 29 (Ind 101-6)
Hardik Pandya goes!
It is short from Moeen Ali and Pandya goes for the big heave, but he can only find Liam Livingstone on the mid-wicket boundary. England are jubilant.

The lowest target that India have failed to chase with Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli in the side is 271.
Target 247
The India supporters still believe. There's a loud, enthusiastic cheer as a single from Ravindra Jadeja brings up the 100.
Craig Overton is miserly as ever, though. Just the two singles off it.

The WinViz currently has England at 90% but I don't think the people around the ground think that. Nobody has left yet.

That is an important six for Ravindra Jadeja because he has found his innings difficult so far.
A gift from Moeen Ali.
He drops one in far too short and the ball sits up invitingly for Ravindra Jadeja, who powers it over mid-wicket for six.

If that was a football goal there would be different people looking to claim it right now.

That is extremely lucky!
A streaky a boundary as you will ever see.
Ravindra Jadeja ducks under a Craig Overton bouncer. It hits his helmet and then his bat, which is dangling in the air like a periscope, before disappearing over Jos Buttler's head for four.
India need a few more shots like this from the now-departed Suryakumar Yadav if they are to win this game.

What has been so impressive about Hardik Pandya in the last few months is that he's been scoring runs at three and four so he knows how to build an innings now.
He doesn't go for mid-wicket this time, but Hardik Pandya does give himself couple of sighters before skipping down the pitch and launching a drive through mid-off for four.
Good shot.
