    Division Two leaders Middlesex are batting first against Derbyshire at Chesterfield. Openers Sam Robson and Mark Stoneman, both former England batters, have taken them to 16-0.

    Durham are 31-0 against Worcestershire, while Sussex have lost an early wicket against Glamorgan to leave them 29-1 - Tom Alsop the man to go to Michael Neser.

    Bottom side Leicestershire have also lost a wicket against Notts. Hassan Azad was dismissed by James Pattinson with the Foxes now on 28-1.

    It's the basement battle at Canterbury, with both Kent and Gloucestershire yet to win in the Championship this season.

    So far, a lively start from the visitors, who were put in to bat. Chris Dent is back after injury but he's only faced a single delivery so far, with opening partner George Scott crunching a couple of early boundaries to race along to 15.
