    Gubbins lbw b Patterson 42 (Hants 78-3, target 197 v Yorkshire)

    BIG wicket for Yorkshire...

Nick Gubbins gets down on one knee and tries to sweep seamer Steven Patterson. He misses and is struck on the knee - given out.

Was he outside the line? Gubbins appears to think he was.

  2. 6 runs

    Hants 78-2 (target 197) v Yorkshire

Hampshire are not messing about here.

James Vince swipes spinner Dom Bess for a leg-side six.

That's the fifty stand between him and Nick Gubbins at more than five an over.

  3. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:25 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Phillips c Cox b Linde 59 (Kent 564 v Gloucs 438 & 213)

Relief for Kent as Glenn Phillips takes a swing at George Linde and the ball flies off the edge to slip, where Jordan Cox juggles but holds it at the second attempt.

Phillips' three-hour vigil at the crease is over - and so is the Gloucestershire innings, meaning Kent need 88 to record their first County Championship win of the season.

There are 36 overs remaining, so plenty of time for them to reach that target.

  4. 6 runs

Postpublished at 15:21 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Hants 66-2 (target 197) v Yorkshire

    What a shot that is!

Nick Gubbins gets down on one knee and swipes Matt Revis over mid-wicket for six.

Gubbins follows it with a couple more boundaries - one off Revis and another through mid-wicket off Steven Patterson to go to 36.

133 more needed for victory. Hampshire are once again favourites from here.

  5. Postpublished at 15:20 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Kent 564 v Gloucs 438 & 213-9

Gloucestershire are still holding out at Canterbury, with Zafar Gohar helping Glenn Phillips to stretch their slim lead a little further to 87.

Kent won't be panicking just yet - there are still 39 overs scheduled in the match, but they'll ideally want to keep the chase down to a relatively comfortable three an over or so.

Jacob Duffy, who's already picked up five wickets, has been brought back on to try and grab a sixth and finish the innings.

    Warwickshire v Lancashire 144-4 (target 329)

Warwickshire have just gone a bit flat in the field as Rob Jones and Luke Wells bring up their fifty stand.

Is 185 more runs in 42 overs too much to ask?

If these two are still there at tea, Lancashire may decide to go for it.

  7. Postpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Hants 45-2 (target 197) v Yorkshire

Two fours to James Vince - one a thing of beauty, the other streaky.

First the Hampshire captain pulls Dominic Drakes to the rope with authority, but then edges the left-arm paceman just over the slips.

Runs on the board though. 152 more needed for victory in 47 overs.

  8. 50 runs

for Glenn Phillipspublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Kent 564 v Gloucs 438 & 200-9

Glenn Phillips punches George Linde through the covers to reach 50 for the second time in this match.

The New Zealander converted that into a century in the first innings and, if he can do that again, Gloucestershire will almost certainly succeed in avoiding defeat.

As it stands, they lead by 74 with just one wicket remaining.

    Somerset v Surrey 82-3 (target 193)

Kasey Aldridge (Somerset)Image source, Rex Features

No further wickets at Taunton, but the mood has certainly changed in the last half-hour as Somerset sense they might just have a chance of an unlikely win.

Kasey Aldridge - who wasn't even meant to be playing in this game, of course - has produced a very decent spell of 2-16 and he's had Will Jacks playing and missing once or twice as well.

Surrey need 111 for victory, Somerset need seven - or probably six - wickets.

  10. Postpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Warwickshire v Lancashire 120-4 (target 329)

Luke Wells slaps Henry Brookes in front of point to move into the 60s.

The cloud has rolled in at Edgbaston. Looks like decent conditions for bowling, but Lancashire will make the Bears work hard for these last six wickets.

  11. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:47 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Holland lbw b Thompson 6 (Hants 23-2, target 197 v Yorkshire)

    Hampshire are rocking.

Ian Holland is pinned lbw by paceman Jordan Thompson.

That target of 197 is looking a long way off as captain James Vince comes to the middle.

  12. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:46 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    O Price c sub b Bell-Drummond 3 (Kent 564 v Gloucs 438 & 186-9)

Daniel Bell-Drummond comes on to bowl and his third delivery does the trick for Kent.

He tempts Ollie Price to pull and the catch is taken at deep midwicket.

Zafar Gohar is last man in for Gloucestershire, who lead by 60.

  13. Postpublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Hants 23-1 (target 197) v Yorkshire

Hampshire have their leading run-scorer this season, Nick Gubbins, at the crease.

He's off the mark with a couple of boundaries, the first a lovely cover drive off Jordan Thompson, but then edges the paceman over the slips.

174 needed for victory. Nine wickets in hand.

  14. Glamorgan strike backpublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Glamorgan 494 v Sussex 376 & 224-8

Glamorgan have just picked up three wickets in five balls to turn the game on its head in Cardiff.

Colin Ingram got Oli Carter for 83, Andy Gorvin then bowled Delray Rawlins for 57 at the start of the next over and now has Henry Crocombe for a duck.

Sussex only lead by 106 with two wickets remaining.

  15. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Smith b Aldridge 4 (Surrey 70-3) - target 193

    Maybe, just maybe?

Three Surrey wickets have gone down in quick succession and this was a second for Kasey Aldridge.

He sends Jamie Smith's leg stump flying with an absolute beauty. Surrey still need 123 and they're effectively four down.

  16. No date on Wood returnpublished at 14:35 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

    Durham 642-7 dec v Worcestershire 550

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

The Durham and England fast bowler Mark Wood continues his recovery following an elbow operation a few weeks ago.

We have seen him a few times in Chester-le-Street in recent days as he had headed to the nets. He recently said there was still a bit of soreness after he'd bowled and that was to be expected having had some floating bone removed.

Durham have today updated news on a number of injured players, including Wood: "Mark continues his rehabilitation with the Durham medical team following the injury he suffered in the West Indies while on England duty – there is currently no date on his return."

Meanwhile the club says it hopes T20 skipper Ashton Turner will still be able to play a part in this year's competition. He dislocated his shoulder in the second group game at Northants three weeks ago but has been netting in recent days to.

PS after 178.5 overs Durham have eventually bowled Worcestershire out for 550. They have a lead over the visitors of 92 runs. Hand shakes at 16:50 BST.

  17. Division Two latestpublished at 14:33 British Summer Time 15 June 2022

Oli Carter (79 not out) and Delray Rawlins (57 not out) have now put on a century stand for Sussex's sixth wicket. They're 216-5 in their second innings at Glamorgan and lead by 98.

Durham are still searching for Worcestershire's last wicket. Gareth Roderick and Dillon Pennington have put on 68 with the Pears on 549-9. Durham made 642-7 in this runfest.

    Patel c Gregory b van der Merwe 28 (Surrey 65-2) - target 193

And suddenly both Surrey openers are gone!

Ryan Patel departs just four balls after his partner, driving at Roelof van der Merwe and Lewis Gregory flings himself to his left at slip to take the catch one-handed.

Surely Somerset can't find a way back into this? 127 still needed.

    Burns c sub b Aldridge 25 (Surrey 65-1) - target 193

Kasey Aldridge makes the breakthrough for Somerset, persuading Rory Burns to pull and pick out the fielder in the deep.

Ben Geddes arrives in the middle to join Ryan Patel - a reminder, for Somerset fans who haven't yet given up on this game, that Surrey have just 10 batters, with Hashim Amla unwell.

    Warwickshire v Lancashire 103-4 (target 329)

It's been a bit of a lone fight from Lancashire opener Luke Wells so far as the left-hander brings up his half-century.

He's the key wicket for Warwickshire.
