Big wicket for Surrey. Willey had had enough of taking singles, but just offers a simple catch to Tom Curran. He never got going.

Big slog sweep from David Willey and a massive top edge is skied towards midwicket.

No-one at home so Sunil Narine has to fetch himself - he ain't the quickest to put it politely - and the ball beats him and they get a couple.

Then tries to pull a shorter ball and holes out to long-on.

    Dan Worrall is back.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore find a boundary first ball, then has a mighty swipe at the fourth ball but only gets a bottom edge to deep midwicket.

He then aims at the pavilion over long-off and just clears the fieldsman on the fence for six.

Just beginning to run now Yorkshire.

Ah here we go, Tom Kohler-Cadmore clears the front leg and swings clean over Dan Moriarty's head for the first six of the night.

Then later in the over David Willey steps to leg and whacks one into the pavilion.

Have this pair decided it's time to have a dip?

  7. Postpublished at 11 overs

    Yorkshire 66-2

Sunil Narine finally enters the fray and will surely bowl four of the remaining overs.

He almost strikes first ball as Dave Willey tries to go down the ground but squirts a wild edge just short of deep cover.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore then gets a thin edge to the third man fence.

  8. Postpublished at 10 overs

The rest of the over it just worked around and Yorkshire reach halfway going along very patiently indeed.

    Bazball this is not.

Dan Moriarty again and first ball David Willey goes for a slog sweep, misses, and a huge cry for lbw.

Not out but the review is available tonight and Surrey take a chance.

Ooo, it's pitched outside leg by a whisker.

    Willey survives.

23-year-old Aaron Hardie into the attack.

Dave Willey opens up the off side and slaps away the first ball past the cover sweeper for four.

Goes again later in the over but can't beat the man in the deep.

    Better progress now for Yorkshire.

  12. Postpublished at 8 overs

    Yorkshire 48-2

More spin now with Dan Moriarty's left-arm orthodox.

Starts poorly, short and wide and cut past extra-cover for four.

Comes back okay but eight from the over - best set so far for Yorkshire.

  13. Postpublished at 7 overs

    Yorkshire 40-2

Will Jacks is bowling himself out here and why not.

    Three overs 1-15 so far.

Just singles as Yorkshire try to build a platform.

They'll be thinking it may not need to many to be in the game here.

Jacks finishes with 1-20. Super Stuff.

  14. Postpublished at 6 overs

    Yorkshire 35-2

Gus Atkinson with a second over and last of the powerplay.

Just three singles from four balls.

Then a sharp bumper is too quick for David Willey and it bounces over Ollie Pope and away for four byes.

Comes back with a good yorker that's dug out.

A patient first six with two big wickets.

    Will Jacks changes ends.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore drives to extra-cover, blocks, then takes a single to deep midwicket.

Back to Southpaw Willey - his drive is well saved at extra-cover before a dab into point brings one.

A short ball is only pulled to deep square.

Excellent set from the Surrey skipper.

  16. Postpublished at 4 overs

    Yorkshire 25-2

    Gus Atkinson replaces Dan Worrall.

    And starts with a no-ball.

Dave Willey with the free hit but can't make any contact to a low full toss.

He gets off strike and Tom Kohler-Cadmore drives over the practice wickets for three.

Willey then beaten by one that bounces a touch outside off before a leg-side whip gives him another single.

A pulled single ends the over.

Big problems for Yorkshire. That went a long way up - steady catch in the end. It seems like the ball is sticking in the wicket. Finn Allen will be furious.
