It was a clinical effort from England, they bowled well, caught well and now they need to finish it off with their batting.

Great response from Fazal to being hit for four. He's caused some problems.
Target 113
It's a good response from Fazal, altering his line to angle the ball across Buttler, with two slips waiting. Jos the Boss is happy to let the ball go.

There is no room for error on this pitch. That was just a little bit too full and Jos Buttler was able to easily pick it off for four.
Target 113
Easy for Buttler. The left-armer drifts into the pads and Buttler tucks it away to get England going.
Jos Buttler and Alex Hales are in the middle. England need 113 to win. Fazalhaq Farooqi has the ball.
England all-rounder Sam Curran: "At the start of the game, I didn't expect to be walking off like that but it was a great performance by the boys. We used the dimensions
"We've worked hard on our fielding, we know it's gong to be important in this tournament. Liam Livingstone got us started with that great catch and set the standard for the rest of the innings."
The best part of it? The catching. Quite brilliant.
First and foremost, get these runs knocked off. Secondly, knock them off quickly. Net run-rate could well be a thing, and Australia's took a battering earlier on.
Not bad, England, not bad. Only half a job, though.
A dramatic collapse of five wickets for three runs at the end there for Afghanistan, and an absolutely ruthless performance from England.
It should be a very straightforward chase for them, and to take you through it is Stephan Shemilt.
Ravi Bopara
Former England all-rounder on BBC Test Match Special
The innings was dominated by England from the start. It was a nervous start from the openers and you can't afford to do that when you're playing against a top team like England. England were allowed to dominate. It was a fantastic performance.

Extraordinary figures for Sam Curran who started this tour off really well.
Fazalhaq c b Curran 0 (Afg 112 all out)
He's done it! The first English men's player to take a T20 international five wicket haul as Fazalhaq Farooqi chops it to Dawid Malan, taking a good low catch at point.
5-10 from 3.4 overs and he waves the ball to the crowd. A fantastic performance from the all-rounder and he leads England off the field with a big smile on his face.
England need 113 to win.
Sam Curran has 4-10 and three balls left to try and get his five-for...

Livingstone didn't have to move at all. It was carved straight to the man at deep point. Curran is just mopping up at this point.
Usman c Livingstone b Curran 30 (Afg 112-9)
Three in four balls will do though, right?
Again it's short and wide outside off stump and the batter just slashes it straight into the hands of Liam Livingstone at deep point, who takes a much easier catch than the one he got earlier.
Afghanistan have had no answers to England tonight. They have been brilliant.
On a hat-trick, Sam Curran goes for the magic leg stump yorker but misses, and Usman Ghani survives it.

It's dropped. That was catchable. It was a full-length dive but wasn't impossible. I think he should have caught that.
Afg 112-8
Oh, that would have been an absolute speccy. But the way England have been catching, you'd back him to take it.
Wide from Woakes and Fareed Ahmad slashes hard at it, the ball flying towards a diving Alex Hales who gets a hand to it but the ball just plops out.
That would have probably been the best of the lot if he'd held on.
