This is well worth a watch in the interval... I particularly like Liam Livingstone's 'banter' re Oval Invincibles...

I think 165 is par, this is a little below and the pitch is not as bad as the batters were making it seem.

If they assess things early, this should be the Rockets' game.
Henry Moeran
BBC The Hundred commentator
That feels below par to me on this ground.
The Rockets opted to bowl first and will be very pleased with their efforts.
Moeen Ali and Liam Livingstone threated to go big for the Phoenix but both were dismissed before the damage became too bad for the Rockets.
Howell run out (Kohler-Cadmore) (Phoenix 143-7)
Run out trying to run a bye last ball. A superb finish from the Rockets bowlers to keep the Phoenix below 150.
Phil Tufnell
Former England spinner on BBC Two
Beautiful bowling from Sams, he frustrated Livingstone with pace off. Root is not dropping those.
Livingstone c Root b Sams 47 (Phoenix 139-6)
"Rooooooottt!" is the cry from the home fans as he holds on to a steepler to dismiss the ever-dangerous Livingstone!
Livingstone had not been able to get anything away in Sams' last set and tried to go after the last ball.
The left-armer took the pace off, Livingstone gave it his all and sent the ball a long way... up. Root steadied himself, though, and made the catch look very simple.
Alex Hartley
Former England bowler on BBC Two
I'd be surprised if they get 160 from here, but with Liam Livingstone you never know!
After a good start from Sams, bowling that bit shorter, Benny Howell decides to get creative.
He moves across his stumps and scoops the ball away fine for four. Clever batting.
Luke Wood plays with Livingstone at Lancashire and he does a very good job of keeping his county team-mate quiet in this set.
After 20 from the previous five from Rashid, these five cost only four.
10 balls to go...
Disappointing, just a single from Rashid Khan's last ball...
Phil Tufnell
Former England spinner on BBC Two
Kaboom! It's not just anyone he's hitting for sixes, it's Rashid Khan, one of the best in the world!
Alex Hartley
Former England bowler on BBC Two
He is such a powerful player, he's actually laughing at himself and Rashid Khan a bit.
Three in a row! Livingstone goes again and this might be the biggest of the lot!
He rocks back again and sends it comfortable over the rope at deep mid-wicket. I asked whether Phoenix would be looking for more than 150, I think Livingstone has provided a pretty clear answer.
Back-to-back sixes! Livingstone is on the charge! It's Rashid Khan but he doesn't care who is bowling!
The first was a long hop and easily hammered away, the next was a top-edge but it still had just enough to carry over the fielder - brutal hitting!
Plenty of slower balls from Sams again and that seems to be the way to go on this pitch.
It was a slower ball that did for Benjamin. Benny Howell is the new batter and there are 20 balls left in the innings.
What will the Phoenix be aiming for from here? 150? More?
Phil Tufnell
Former England spinner on BBC Two
He tried to flip it round the corner with a break of the wrists and got a top edge. There'll be some strange dismissals in The Hundred.
