    Target 121

Richard Gleeson continues for a 10-ball set. Manchester Originals captain Laurie Evans knows he needs wickets, but also control, and Gleeson is able to offer that.

Alex Hales squirts over the top for a couple of runs, but it has felt like a sedate start so far.

Richard Gleeson's bowling: 9% full, 82% good length and 9% short. 10 balls, 5 dots, went for 7 runs, took 0 wickets with an economy of 0.70 runs per ball.

Rockets can ease their way into the innings because the total isn't that high.

Oh, that is a good ball.

Richard Gleeson finds some movement, off the seam of the ball, and it goes past Dawid Malan. He plays the initial line of the ball, rather than following it, so he is pretty safe.

The England left-hander is then up and running with a single into the leg side.

It dropped a long way short of slip but an early scare for Alex Hales. When he edged that, his heart would have been in his mouth.

  6. Rockets 3-0published at 97 balls left

A bit of a freebie first up from Richard Gleeson allows Alex Hales to work it off his legs for a couple.

Gleeson then shapes one past the outside edge, before Hales edges into the ground and picks up a single.

Rockets don't need to take too many risks here.

Right, it is time for a chase.

Trent Rockets need 121 runs to become the second men's Hundred champions.

Manchester Originals need wickets. They've got a slip in and it will be Richard Gleeson, who his England Twenty20 debut this summer, with the ball.

Left-arm spinner Samit Patel was also really good with the ball again.

His 3-23 now means he's got 13 wickets in the tournament.

He continues to deliver despite now being 37.

Sam Cook's been great throughout the tournament, he's not been express pace, but he's got great control. He nailed his skills - hit length with the new ball, bowled a nice slower ball at the end.

Sam Cook was brilliant for Trent Rockets with the new ball. He is a tricky bowler and the conditions at Lord's with the slope works brilliantly for him.

He finished with 4-18 from his 20 balls. Here are the first three of his wickets.

    Thanks Sam.

That feels like a below-par total from Manchester Originals but they do have some very good bowlers and runs on the board can create pressure in a final.

Who do you fancy? Thumbs up for Trent Rockets or thumbs down for Manchester Originals.

The Rockets' final to lose? It certainly feels that way at the halfway stage.

To find out if they can see this one home or if the Originals can claw their way back, it's over to Callum Matthews.

Trent Rockets player Colin Munro on player mic: "Very happy with that. At the start of the game we'd have taken it. We've got to be smart, the wicket's not easy as expected. The top two are smart - hopefully that flows down our batting order.

"You've got to play your natural game, we'll have a chat with some of the bowlers on what worked for them on that pitch and try to think of a plan before we go out and bat.

"It's not over until the lady's singing. Hopefully we can go out and be clinical with the bat. The bowlers have been brilliant all tournament, now it's time to do it with the bat."

Manchester Originals have got the bowlers, but it's going to have to be one of those nights where everything goes right for you.

  17. Originals 120-9published at 100 balls

The Originals do scramble up to 120 in the end. Josh Little's outside edge raced away for four - the best shot in a tailender's arsenal.

Parkinson and Little then ran to the keeper twice, the first of which came off a wide. All useful runs and they have given themselves something to defend.

The Rockets are well on top, though. They bowled fantastically well and even on a slightly tricky surface, you'd have to fancy them to chase this down quite comfortably. But you never know.

    Gleeson b Cook 8 (Originals 111-9)

Four for Cook, that's the way to end your spell. Cleaned him up!

A third yorker that has found its target, this one zeroing in on middle stump as Gleeson swung for the hills. It's 4-20 for Cook. Outstanding.

Can the Originals bat their 100 balls?

  20. Originals 107-8published at 91 balls

Through the covers for four! Very useful runs for the Originals. Gleeson toed it, really, but got just enough on it for the ball to trickle into the boundary cushion.
