Nadine de Klerk has done well here, she's keeping it simple and kept the stumps in play.
Sciver drives confidently, time and again throughout the over, but without reward as she is unable to beat the in-field. Maiden over from De Klerk.

I was a victim of a Test match run out here in the Ashes. Amy Jones was the one who called it.
Still not over it.

That is the third time Heather Knight has been run out in Test matches. She has only been dismissed 15 times in total.
Good over from Sekhukhune, just a single from it, as he gets the ball shaping in nicely to the two England right-handers.

Who irons their training kit?!

I saw Dunks last night. I had to show her how to iron her training kit because it just come out of the wash.
She didn't have a clue what to do so I had to give her a tutorial.
Dunkley has started well here, punching the ball through mid-on again for another couple.
Meanwhile, the floodlights are on at Taunton and the ground staff are lurking by the covers. Hopefully, it is just a precaution.
Anyway, it seems Dunkley is rather better with a bat than an iron...

We need the Somerset cat to scare off all these seagulls. I think his name is something like Colin.
Sciver 13, Dunkley 2
England are still 191 in arrears having already lost their top three. This is a real opportunity for South Africa to press home their advantage.
Lovely shot. Too straight from Sekhukhune and Sciver whips the ball through square leg for the first boundary of the afternoon.

England are in a little bit of bother now - they've just lost their best Test batter and captain.
Sophia Dunkley is in at five for England and gets off the mark with a two pushed through mid-off, the only runs from the over.
Work to do for the home side, South Africa are up and Sune Luus must be mightily relieved!

I don't think there was ever really a run there.

That is a horrible blow for England. It was a completely needless run out.
Knight run out (Sekhukhune) 8 (Eng 86-3)
Gone! What a start to the afternoon session - disaster for England! Sciver nudged the ball into the legside, they went through for the single, Tumi Sekhukhune's throw hit the gloves of Jafta, who whipped off the bails.
Knight dived but was still well short of her ground.
The players are back out at Taunton. Nat Sciver is ready to face the first ball of the afternoon from Nadine de Klerk. Here we go...

She's made for Test cricket, Heather Knight. She's completely at ease out there, she loves this format and is a big advocate for more of it.
