Lamb 96, Knight 9
Good use of the feet from Heather Knight. Down the pitch to Mlaba and thumping the ball over mid-off for four.
There's the power and her comes the touch, down on one knee and lapping the ball very fine for four more.

I have been really impressed by England today.
Katherine Brunt really set the tone at the start and then they chipped away throughout the innings and they kept South Africa to what has been shown as a well-below par score.
The way they've gone about the chase has been brilliant too. An Emma Lamb hundred, if it happens, would just be the icing on the cake.

Nat Sciver's run of 148 not out in the World Cup final, 165 not out in the Test match and 55 today has come to an end.
It means she scored 372 runs before getting dismissed, which means she falls three short of Amy Satterthwaite's 375 in a row without getting dismissed.
Target 219
Heather Knight walks out at number five for England, the skipper will want to be out there to finish the job.
She will have to wait to get going as the batters crossed and Lamb clips a single into the leg-side to keep the strike.

It has been a brilliant innings. She hit the ball so cleanly from the moment she got to the crease. She showed how destructive she can be.
I sensed a slightly more positive approach from Nat Sciver today.

There is a roar of approval as Sciver goes!
Sciver c sub (Bosch) b de Klerk 55 (Eng 175-3)
Big hit - but not big enough, taken at deep mid-wicket!
Sciver tried to clear the rope and it sounded nice enough off the bat but that proves to be misleading as Bosch takes the catch 10 yards in from the boundary.
A rare moment to shout about for South Africa in this innings.

The best chance of getting Nat Sciver out early is the good old fashioned quick and straight so you can potentially get out lbw or bowled.
She hits the ball so well through the leg side so full and wide might allow you to stem the flow the runs.
Maybe just not looking at the captain is the best way of going about it...
Lamb 92, Sciver 55
Emma Lamb moves into the 90s - no signs of nerves just yet though. A tidy enough over from Mlaba but South Africa need more than that though.
Target 219
Sciver adds another boundary with a crisp drive that Sune Luus fails to stop at mid-off.
That might explain de Klerk's frustration at the end of the over. Well, that and the state of the game. The all-rounder is certainly not best pleased.

Eng 164-2
A 17th ODI fifty for Nat Sciver comes up from just 31 balls! She moved to 49 with a thumping straight drive as de Klerk offered up a half-volley.
England are racing towards their target.
Good positive running from Lamb twice in the over, coming back for two, running to the danger end on each occasion after Sciver had worked the ball into the legside.
Better throws might have put her in trouble but, as it is, she gets there comfortably enough.
Kapp has another more minor mishap as she loses control of the ball as she gets into her delivery stride and has to go back to the top of her mark.
Just three singles from the last five balls of the over, she can be thankful for that.

Target 219
You can tell things are going badly when Kapp is serving up balls like this. An attempted slower ball becomes a full toss on leg stump and Lamb is not missing out, swung away behind square.
Add another to the boundary count.

Nat Sciver has now scored 356 runs since she was last dismissed.

It's all too easy for Nat Sciver.
Nat Sciver is having fun now! The fifty partnership came up with two into the legside and that is followed up by the most authoritative cover drive you'll see. Nailed.
Now for the party tricks, walking across her stumps and ramping Khaka. Four more.
Best of luck stopping Nat Sciver when she's in this sort of form.
