Lovely start from Katherine Brunt.
She finds a little bit of shape to beat the outside edge of the defending Andrie Steyn.
Both sides and the coaching staff have just taken the knee at Northampton.
Right, the players are out in the middle and we're ready to go.
It'll be Katherine Brunt, returning to the side after retiring from Test cricket, to bowl the first over.
The one-day series should be closely fought, with South Africa ranked second in the world and England third.
The two sides met in the semi-finals of the World Cup in March, with England running out 137-run winners in Christchurch.
It would be fantastic if we went into the T20s with the series still on the line. England are ranked second in the world in that format, with South Africa fifth.
The official team sheet does have Sophia Dunkley at three and then Heather Knight and Nat Sciver.
That would be a change from the usual order where Knight comes in at three followed by Sciver and Dunkley.
It will be interesting to see what England do with their order later.
With the series evenly poised at 2-2, it makes sense to make your card about when the remaining games will take place.
There are three one-day internationals and three Twenty20 games, with each worth two points to the winning side. A tie or no result will see both sides pick up a point.

South Africa captain Sune Luus: "It looks a good wicket. It is a young squad today and we're very excited to see what they can do.
"Both of the teams are coming in with momentum. We're looking forward to the series ahead of us."
England captain Heather Knight: "I would have had a bat as well but it is one of those that I don't mind losing too much.
"Katherine [Brunt] is a key performer for us and has been for a long time. She's been targeting the Commonwealths for a while so she's back in with that in mind."
I'll bring you full team news shortly but neither Lauren Bell, Issy Wong or the returning Alice Davidson-Richards are included in England's team.
Sune Luus calls correctly and chooses to have first go.
We'll bring you news of the toss in the next couple of minutes.
There could be two debutants for England today with Lauren Bell and Issy Wong yet to play international white-ball cricket.
Both were impressive in the Test 10 days ago.
While a drawn Test frustrated many and left more questions about women's red-ball games, it has left the multi-format series between England and South Africa evenly poised.
The white-ball games start today. Who can poke their noses ahead with victory in Northampton?
Let's find out.
