Target 219
I wonder at what point South Africa will learn that you can't afford to bowl width at Emma Lamb.
Nadine de Klerk offers some more and, again, she crashes it away to the point boundary.
A good over with eight coming off it.

I love Dunkley at three, I think it's a really positive move. It also extends England's batting. Amy Jones hasn't scored the runs she'd have liked recently so moving Dunkley up extends that middle-order.
Target 219
Oh, that's brilliant fielding. Sophia Dunkley absolutely smashes a pull shot away but Ayabonga Khaka does brilliantly at mid-wicket to get across and parry it so England can only get a single, rather than the boundary she seemed certain to pick up.
Dunkley has started well too, in her new role at three. She flat bats Tumi Sekhukhune back down the ground for four more. She's up to 13 off 14 balls.

I've really seen a difference in Emma Lamb in the last year in how she communicates with everyone else. She's been brilliant with our younger players.

Tom Grant: How can anyone despise ice cream? We've been waiting for the ice cream man to come past our bungalow for a large 99 flake, absolutely nothing!
Target 219
After conceding 29 from her first four overs Marizanne Kapp is hauled out of the attack.
Nadine de Klerk starts with four dot balls before Emma Lamb and Sophia Dunkley exchange singles to end the over.
This is turning into a solid start for England.

What kind of ice cream van runs out of ice cream!? You have one job!

I can see Lamby on the monitor, telling herself to wait. The last couple of drives, she has just got ahead of it.
Four more.
A tiny bit of width from Ayabonga Khaka and Emma Lamb clobbers it through the covers away with another brutal cut shot.
It was in the air again, but it was to the right of the fielder.

Anything wide or on her legs, Lamb has put away for four. She's really raced along.
Target 219
Emma Lamb is looking really good so far.
She is capitalising on even the tiniest stray of length and line at the moment.
A bit of width from Marizanne Kapp is slashed away to the point boundary again, before a delivery on the pads is whipped away to the square boundary.
Lamb is up to 29 off 27 balls.
Talking of the wicket of Tammy Beaumont, here it is...

If Lamb can get a big score here then she can really cement her place in this side. She has a lot of time here, it's a nice chase for her to show what she can do.

It's been a great start for Emma Lamb. This is a big series for her opening the batting.
Target 219
Ayabonga Khaka is targeting the stumps here, but it means she is occasionally straying onto the pads of Emma Lamb, who works away for a couple, before keeping the strike with a quick single into mid-wicket.
England have settled down a little bit after the early loss of Tammy Beaumont.

Dunkley hits the ball so hard through the off-side.

Lamb has played that shot before to great effect, just in front of square. She is looking in good touch here, a pair of boundaries in the over. She looks in fine form.
Target 219
Very productive over from England.
Emma Lamb whips the behind through square leg for four, before she crashes away a cut shot. That's two boundaries she's picked up through that region now.
Sophia Dunkley starts to charge at Marizanne Kapp, and the South Africa all-rounder throws it wider, but Dunkley reacts well and drives away to the cover boundary.

Alex Hartley has just returned from an unsuccessful trip to go and get herself an ice cream from said van.
The commentary box is very tense all of a sudden.
