  1. SA 199-8published at 38 overs

Lauren Bell takes a hop, skip and a jump before bounding in for her eighth over.

New batter Ayabonga Khaka gets off the mark with a squirt into the on-side. Other than that it is a very tidy over from the England debutant.

If you're in South Africa now, you would want to frustrate the England side.

  3. 50 runs

50 for Marizanne Kapppublished at 37 overs

Marizanne Kapp is edging closer to a half-century but she has to get a wriggle on as she keeps losing partners.

How do you solve that? Just smash back-to-back fours.

A battling 50 by Kapp off just 46 balls. Very impressive given the circumstances.

  4. wicket

Ask and you shall receive Dan Norcross!

It is a debut wicket for Lauren Bell as another loose slog from Shabnim Ismail is snaffled up by Charlie Dean at mid-off.

Dean leaps to the air in celebration. Bell looks delighted. Smiles all round!

What would really top the day off for England would be if Lauren Bell could get a debut wicket.

  6. SA 181-7published at 35 overs

    In the air....but safe!

Charlie Dean is so close to a five-fer as Shabnim Ismail slices a slog towards extra cover, but it lands just short of Danni Wyatt.

Here is how Charlie Dean removed Trisha Chetty a few moments ago, sparking a leaping celebration from Issy Wong.

Really nice timing there from Marizanne Kapp.

  9. SA 180-7published at 34 overs

Lauren Bell is back into the attack with her in-swingers. Can she get a debut wicket? Not for now.

It's not the worst ball in the world but Marizanne Kapp plays a lovely, delicate late cut down to deep third for four.

    Terrific shot.

Is there a happier cricketer than Issy Wong? She had a beaming smile from ear to ear after that wicket.

Shabnim Ismail is the new batter. England scenting victory here.

There needs to be more role clarity for South Africa. You can't tell who is going to be the aggressor and who is going to develop that partnerships.

That's the end of Chetty. Issy Wong with a comfortable catch and a Billy Elliot style celebration. South Africa are subsiding here. Now you feel it is just a matter of time.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 32.2 overs

    Chetty c Wong b Dean 17 (South Africa 169-7)

It's Trisha Chetty who goes for the big shot but she can only to-edge the ball straight to a gleeful Issy Wong at mid-on, who leaps in the air in celebration.

  14. SA 169-6published at 32 overs

Marizanne Kapp is like a coiled spring, a bit shot is surely only moments away.

For now though some tight bowling from Sophie Ecclestone and alert fielding restricts South Africa to just three runs from that over.

  15. SA 166-6published at 31 overs

Trisha Chetty makes the most of her extra life by heaving Charlie Dean towards deep mid-wicket for a one-bounce four.

A couple of wides completes a loose over from Dean, who had been very impressive up to that point.

Those six wickets mean South Africa have it all to do now, despite being ahead of where England were after 30 overs.

  17. dropped catch

Chetty dropped on 9published at 29.5 overs

Sophie Ecclestone is able to continue and she should have a wicket!

Trisha Chetty lobs one up to Emma Lamb at extra cover but she puts it down.

    Looked a routine catch, that.

  18. ouch!

    SA 155-6published at 29.2 overs

Sophie Ecclestone looks in some pain here as a straight drive from Marizanne Kapp smacks the England spinner right on the wrist and she ends up in a heap on the floor.

The physio comes on to take a closer look and the rest of the players take a drink.

  19. SA 155-6published at 29 overs

    In the air...but safe!

Emma Lamb temps Marizanne Kapp into a lofty drive that just goes over the fielder who is in the circle at point.

A leading edge from Kapp with the final ball over then lands just wide of a diving Lamb.

Kapp is, quite rightly, taking some risks. She may as well go down swinging.

  20. SA 149-6published at 28 overs

Sophie Ecclestone is back into the attack and has a slip in place as England look to press home their advantage.

South Africa scramble three singles, but need much more than that.

We see a shot of a rather glum looking South Africa balcony. I think they all know they need snookers now.
