I wonder if that hurt actually because it looked like it hit Nat Sciver right on the toe. I hope she's got some good shoes on!

Target (149)
Only three runs off that over.
South Africa need more of the same. England need 37 off 30 balls.
And it is going down. Not out.

It looks like it is going down because you can see all three stumps.
It isn't a bad shout when they need wickets.

South Africa need to try anything here.
Eng 111-3 (target 149)
Shabnim Ismail thinks she has Sciver lbw.
Umpire says no but South Africa send it upstairs.
Tash Farrant
England bowler on BBC Test Match Special
It looks like Shabnim Ismail got a good hand on that and I think she'll be disappointed not to take that.
But, I will say, I don't take many off by own bowling. It is hard to judge.
Eng 111-3 (target 149)
South Africa needed that.
A slower ball from Shabnim Ismail tricks Amy Jones into looping up a drive but the bowler can oly get her finger tips to the ball.

These two have known each other a long time - they were at Loughborough University together.
Target 149
England don't have to do anything too high risk and this latest over proves it.
England aren't chasing boundaries off Ayabonga Khaka and are instead happy to knock the ball around for easy singles.
No need for any drama folks. 40 needed off 36.

Nat Sciver is in the form of her life at the moment.
There is generous applause from the crowd. They are really enjoying this innings at the minute.
Danni Wyatt walked this innings so Nat Sciver could run.

South Africa really need a wicket here because England only need 6.5 an over and at the moment that is pretty easy doing for them.

Look at the smile on Nat Sciver's face after playing the Natmeg. She loves playing that shot, and why wouldn't you when you've had a shot named after you?
Target 149
Masabata Klass thinks she has Nat Sciver with a yorker.
Nope, Natmeg as Sciver chops the ball for a single between her own legs.
The trick shots continue as Sciver gets down on one knee, flicking the ball over her head, beyond a diving wicket-keeper for four.
That four brings up England's 100. The hosts are cruising.

This feels like quite an easy equation with wickets in hand for England.
It is just too comfortable for England at the moment. That is full credit to them for the way they acted in the powerplay.
Target 149
South Africa just can't stop England's flow of runs.
A couple of singles rotate the strike before it's Nat Sciver's turn to go on the attack.
England's number four advances down the pitch before edging the ball through a vacant gully for four.
Bowler Anneke Bosch isn't impressed.
It is possible to get quick wickets on this pitch.
England did it around an hour ago.

South Africa just have to go 'it is wickets' - that is the only way they are going to win. You just can't see England struggling to get these runs.
The conditions look absolutely sublime for scoring.

Amy Jones will be looking for a few runs. She's had quite a long dry spell with England. This is the perfect opportunity for her with Nat Sciver at the other end.
