What an extraordinary 30 seconds of cricket that was. There was only one appeal and people were just picking up the ball ready for the next ball.
Well done to Steve O'Shaughnessy.
Smith lbw b Khaka 10 (Eng 50-2)
It's given. Yes that was incredibly strange. It looked plum but South Africa didn't really appeal.
Briony Smith probably reviewed it based on South Africa's reaction.
Three reds by the way.

That's a good shout! Why has the keeper not gone up for that?

This is extraordinary scenes. That ball looked like it was going down the leg side.
There was only one person appealing.

How often does that happen? A drop and then the next ball going for four.
Target 149
And Danni Wyatt punishes South Africa with two fours to finish the over. England are bossing the power play and require less than 100 runs now.

South Africa just feel flat. There is a few hands on hips and heads looking down at the ground.
Target 149
This had to stick.
It seems so simple as Bryony Smiths gets one all wrong and simply prods the ball to mid-off.
But Klaas can't hold on, seeing the ball drop through her fingers.

South Africa probably need to change the pace. The England batters are enjoying the pace on the ball at the moment and able to manipulate the ball into the gaps in the field.
Time for some spin.

Two dots to the new batter Bryony Smith are followed by a cracking cover-drive for four.
And Danni Wyatt continues England's boundary stretch with a soft cut too far in front of deep third.

What do I know? I said I didn't like the field and then she's been caught by one of the fielders I didn't like.
It was an unconventional wicket but the only approach South Africa can take is to take wickets, to stem the flows of the runs, with the target they've got on the board.

Finally, after that big over, with four boundaries from it, Sophia Dunley has gone. She was just looking to play one big shot too many.
It wasn't that good a ball. She'll be feeling quite fortunate.
Dunkley c Ismail b Klaas 23 (Eng 26-1)
Ah.
Sophia Dunkley attempts one shot too many, smashing Masabata Klass straight to long-on where Shabnim Ismail coolly holds onto the ball.
Target 149
What an over this is turning into.
A Sophia Dunkley six is followed by three fours all around the ground.
18 runs from the third over so far and we still have two balls to go.
Target 149
Oh hello.
Sophia Dunkley couldn't pick Ayabonga Khaka but she has Masabata Klaas' number.
A six, our first of the match, is launched over the bowlers head.
