Thursday's win in the first T20 was all about two people: Katherine Brunt and Sophia Dunkley.

At 37, Brunt recorded career-best figures of 4-15 to become the seventh woman to take 100 T20 international wickets. She pulled level with Anya Shrubsole on 102 and one wicket today would make her England's highest ever T20 wicket-taker.

After the game she spoke about still having it and wanting to keep going while she felt like that.

With the bat, Dunkley, opening for the first time in international cricket, impressed with a maiden T20 international half-century.

She was typically strong down the ground and really took the attack to the tourists despite the loss of early wickets. It was a performance that fit perfectly with Heather Knight and Lisa Keightley's new approach of aggressive and fearless cricket.

Georgie Heath: Alice Capsey makes her debut as replacement for Heather Knight today. Talk about poetic for the future.

So we know that Alice Capsey will make her England debut today now. She's the youngest England debutant since Sophie Ecclestone in 2016.

Capsey, 17, broke onto the scene during last summer's Hundred, when she was just 16. She made 150 runs, at a strike-rate of 126.05, playing for Oval Invincibles and impressed everyone with a half-century at Lord's against London Spirit. She also claimed 10 wickets with her off-spin too.

She has struggled slightly more this summer - as is to be expected at her age - but she's certainly one for the future.

South Africa captain Sune Luus: "We would have liked to have bowled too but it still looks a good wicket and I don't think it will change much.

"We have a good record here, we want to continue that and take those good memories into this game and have some fun.

"There were a lot of positives for us to take from the last game, especially the bowling. Ayabonga Khaka really set the tone for us so it's just about keeping it single, hit our lines and lengths and get those extra 30-40 runs with the bat to put on a more competitive total."

England captain Nat Sciver: "We want to make use of the conditions. It looks a nice pitch and we bowled well in the last game, so why not do it again?

"I'm part of the strategy meetings before games so I sort of know what the plan is anyway just in case Heather has to go off anyway. We'll see how we'll go but it'll be cool."

Oh, Nat Sciver has told us a little white lie there.

England have actually made two changes.

Freya Davies has also come into the side for Issy Wong.

    Full team news shortly.

England have made just the one change.

Alice Capsey, at 17, will make her debut in place of Heather Knight.

Knight has a hip injury, but was due a rest with Nat Sciver, Katherine Brunt and Sophie Ecclestone having all sat out games in the white-ball series.

Nat Sciver calls correctly and she said England want to take advantage of the conditions - it is fairly overcast - and have another chase.

Oh, Heather Knight is having a rest, because Nat Sciver is doing the toss.

Let's head straight out to the middle for the toss...

England have chased twice and defended twice in the white-ball games in this multi-format series. South Africa have had no answers either way.

    Afternoon!

    How are you all?

Ready for more cricket? It's non-stop at the moment and it will be for the next six weeks with the Commonwealth Games, The Hundred and a men's Test series against South Africa all on the horizon.

Let's hope it is a lot of fun.

England may have wrapped up the multi-format series against South Africa on Thursday, but with just seven days to go until their Commonwealth Games experience gets under way, every game is an opportunity to finesse.

With a new "aggressive and fearlessness" approach being born they can't afford to not grab those opportunities.
