Mandhana c Ecclestone b Smith 9 (Ind 15-2)
Maybe not! A brilliant catch from Sophie Ecclestone and that is the wicket England desperately wanted.
Smriti Mandhana tries to hit Bryony Smith over the top for six but doesn't time it well enough. Sophie Ecclestone sprints round from long-off, covering plenty of ground to get there, and takes a very good tumbling catch.
You can see from England's celebrations and how they all run towards Ecclestone how much that wicket meant.
Smriti Mandhana looks like she's just carried on batting from two days ago, after her 79 not out.
Down on one knee, and an effortless sweep for four.

I spoke to Issy Wong before the game at Derby and asked how it was coming out, and she said 'terrible'. Hopefully that wicket will give her some confidence.
A great start from Issy Wong - a wicket maiden!
Sabbhineni Meghana is the new batter.

If Shafali Verma had stayed still that would have been a wide. It is unlucky.

What a start from Issy Wong. It was a knuckle ball and it swung in. It's so impressive - she couldn't repeat that again if she tried.
Shafali b Wong 5 (Ind 11-1)
The plan works to perfection!
Having troubled Shafali Verma with the bouncer the ball before, Issy Wong follows it with a full, slower ball that hits the batter on the foot. It's going down way down leg side but it somehow ricochets off her boot and onto the stumps.
That's a big wicket.
Issy Wong takes just two balls to test out the bouncer and Shafali Verma is cramped for room, unable to get onto it quickly enough.
Shafali now has five from 11 balls, and you can sense the frustration building.
Here comes Issy Wong to Shafali Verma...

She just scores effortless runs. Your margin for error as a bowler is very small.

That innings Mandhana played the other night, she made it look easy as you like.
And there is a prime example of Smriti Mandhana's class.
Freya Davies just drops one slightly too short and the batter just swivels gracefully to pull it away for India's first boundary.

Shafali has such a good eye and if she could be a bit more selective with her shots now and again, she could be an amazing player.
The contrast in styles between Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana is always entertaining. Smriti is such a classy, technically pleasing player while Shafali just wants to hit everything for six.
And she's going for it tonight, swiping hard at Freya Davies' second ball and gets lucky, the ball looping up and over point for a couple of runs.

It's been an eventful start - it feels like a lot has happened and the next result is just three runs so far.
A wide and two singles finish the over - one which had a bit of everything.
And is this a drop?! I'm not sure, we'll need to wait for the replay.
Shafali hits the ball back towards Smith and it looks like it just goes straight through her hands.
She gets the single though, and India's first run.

That should have been a wicket - there was quite a bit of extra bounce but Amy Jones, as good as she is, should be taking that.
Ind 0-0
Oh, second ball!
Shafali Verma rushes down the pitch to her second ball and tries to smash it into the stands. She misses and it should be a simple stumping for Amy Jones but she fumbles it, and Shafali gets away with one.
A poor start for England.
