So England need 167 to win. That feels very gettable to me looking at the power in their top order.

I have been proven wrong many times before though so you never know.

Here to guide you through the chase is Sam Drury.

    More from Matthew Mott...

On young players:"They're playing prominent roles which is important. When you get churn through players, it gives players opportunities and there is nothing better for a team than when you get young players coming in and doing well straightaway.

"I think it's a sign of good things. Credit to our senior players for embracing them, there's a really good vibe around our group."

On England's approach:"Less is more with the messaging at the moment with our group. We've got some great leaders and Moeen has been exceptional on this tour, stepping in for Jos. We've just tried to keep it really simple and let them go out and express themselves."

On the bowling performance: "It was a great effort with the ball. When we sent them on, we were looking at some targets and I think we'd be really happy with 167, especially when we weren't taking wickets up front.

"To hold them to that is really important. They finished with a little bit of a flourish but we're quietly confident going into the second innings."

England head coach Matthew Mott on Sky Sports: "It's been an amazing experience. It's been a long time coming for this group to come to Pakistan, we've been looking forward to it.

"It's an amazing opportunity and the facilities here have been unbelievable. The crowds have been so exciting to play in front of. It's just a great place to play and we're playing some good cricket."

On England's depth: "It's exciting to get some games into some young players and some guys returning from injury. We always looked at this tour - with seven games - as a chance to rotate. We've come here to win, that's the most important thing, but also to build towards the World Cup and building our depth is part of that strategy."
