Another bowling change, Mark Wood is coming on to see if his express pace with a newer ball is what England need to oust Shakeel and/ or Nawaz.

PitchedOutsideLeg: Re Patrick (6.25). Thank you sir, never thought I'd see the word 'hubris' on live text. But I have now, and it's appropriate.
Target 355
You'd have to say that it is Pakistan's game to lose from here but England will still feel that if they can break this partnership before lunch, they are in with a chance.
Anderson extracts a bit of extra bounce to hit Shakeel on the glove but the batter still manages to drop the ball at his feet.

Mohammad Nawaz has come out and been very proactive. He's got the innings going and Shakeel has been allowed to go at his own sweet pace.

Shakeel is on to 90 now, he'd love to get to that three-figure mark before lunch.
Target 355
A bit of fortune for Nawaz as he top-edges a sweep but the ball lands in a big gap behind square. Two more runs ticked off for Pakistan.
Another 73 runs needed, England require five more wickets.

Carl Carritt: If we lose this match, instead of looking at where England went wrong, how about praising Pakistan? We set a good total, they’ve batted well. Fair play.
Target 355
Four more! Shakeel shows some real attacking intent for the first time today, skipping down the track to Leach and driving firmly through the covers for four.
He moves to 89, Pakistan need 76 to win.

Former Pakistan fast bowler on TMS
Soft hands, that's the key. Shakeel knows it'll carry to the slips if he goes hard at it.
Target 355
Anderson finds Shakeel's edge but the ball is in the gap between slip and gully - it may not have carried anyway - and runs away for four.
Pakistan are going along very nicely at the moment. England need a wicket - and quickly.
Waqar Younis
Former Pakistan fast bowler on TMS
Bulk of the runs have to be scored by these two and Salman who's coming in next. Pakistan have a long tail. One of these two need to be there until the end if Pakistan are to win.

Right then, it's Jimmy Anderson time. Can he do it for England again?
He's got the brick wall that is Shakeel in his sights to start.

Patrick Brennan: Good chase by Pakistan and they will win from here, but they shouldn't have been given a chance to - should have been a chase of 400 minimum. England's batting yesterday morning smacked a bit of hubris.
Target 355
Nawaz is hit on the pad after missing a sweep off Leach, England appeal for lbw but there's no real conviction. The impact was outside the line of off and they knew it.
Three singles from the over, Pakistan need another 85 runs to win.

It was a very positive stroke from Nawaz. He was beaten outside off stump a couple of times but that didn't bother him.

Ollie Randall: If we lose this match it will be the two unnecessary run-outs. I don't think it's fair to blame Stokes's 41, Brook's 108 and the cheap tail, even if it did mean five quick wickets.
Simon Mann
BBC Test Match Special commentator
That's a beautiful shot from Nawaz, it was wide of Anderson at mid-off.
Target 355
Gorgeous shot! The way he was playing it was only a matter of time before Nawaz nicked one off Robinson so, after another play and miss, he changes tact.
Down the pitch and a beautiful cover drive, through the gap for four.
