  1. Eng 164-2published at 27.5 overs

Ben Duckett returns the favour to give Stokes another chance to win the match.

  2. Eng 162-2published at 27.1 overs

The six is on Stokes' mind. Will he do it?

  5. Eng 161-2published at 27 overs

Mohammad Wasim is short this time and Ben Stokes goes for the huge heave into the on-side - he is desperately looking for that six. He doesn't quite time it though and they run a single.

Ben Duckett then works the next delivery to fine leg for another single.

    Six to win.

  6. Eng 159-2published at 26.2 overs

    Need eight runs to win

Mohammad Wasim bowls too full and Ben Stokes capitalises, swiping the ball through the covers for four. Not much footwork needed there, just pure timing.

Victory target now into single figures.

Abrar has got 17 wickets with an average of 26. That's the most wickets a Pakistan player has taken in their first two Test matches.

  9. Eng 155-2published at 26 overs

A touch of fortune for Ben Duckett as a leading edge flies wide of first slip and England run two to edge ever closer.

England just 12 runs away now.

  10. dropped catch

Ben Stokes dropped on 22published at 25.1 overs

There you go! Ben Stokes has had enough and charges Abrar Ahmed looking for that record-breaking six.

The ball does not have enough on it to go over the rope, but a diving Shan Masood at long-on cannot take the catch and England run two to bring up the 150.

  11. Eng 148-2published at 25 overs

    Need 19 runs to win

Mohammad Wasim bowls a maiden. For all the talk of England's aggressive approach they have been quite watchful and patient so far.

I'm sure that won't last long.

Abrar is probably the only shining star for Pakistan's side. There's so much excitement when he bowls.

  15. Eng 148-2published at 24 overs

    Need 19 runs to win

Ben Duckett is sweeping again and the ball flies past leg slip and England run two.

Abrar Ahmed then lands one in the rough outside Duckett's leg stump and the England batter top-edges a sweep, but it lands safe and they run a single.

Thank you so much Ben & Baz for putting the joy back into following English Test Cricket, the transformation has been such fun to watch!

That's another lovely shot from Ben Duckett. He is offered a bit of width by Mohammad Wasim and beautifully guides the ball through point for four.

There's no real reason why Shadab is isn't in the Test. He's a very fine white ball cricketer. He's been injured a few times and that might be why.

I feel this trend now in Pakistan with players leaning towards white ball cricket instead of Test.

  20. Enf 138-2published at 22 overs

    Need 29 runs to win

    England motoring now.

Ben Duckett goes for the pre-meditated paddle shot that Babar Azam reads, but he cannot run round from first slip in time and the ball flies away for four. The Pakistan captain is a little unlucky there.

Duckett then goes for his favoured sweep-shot next delivery and sends the ball through square leg for another boundary.
