Whether you're having your packed lunch or a midnight feast, we've got a bit of fun to go with whatever you're chowing down on.

We're into the semi-finals of the Women's T20 World Cup, so it's time to pick your team of the tournament.

It's been a fantastic tournament with plenty of stand-out performers, so it's a tough task you've got on your hands...

I'd give that session quite comfortably to England when you look at the conditions that were in New Zealand's favour.

Now, with how New Zealand have set up their side - three main seam bowlers and the spinner - England will be extremely happy.

If this partnership builds, there'll be some damage later in the day.

    Thanks Sam!

How does Harry Brook approach his lunch, I wonder. While others are prodding at the coleslaw, he's crashing through the scotch eggs and gulping down the pork pies.

Bazball at the crease, Bazball at the buffet table.

Well, what a session that was! It might not have been full-on Bazball but it was still compelling viewing.

It says a lot about how much this England team have changed how we see these things that scoring just shy of four an over on a green seamer, having been 21-3, feels pretty slow going.

Anyway, to look back on that session and take you through the next one, it's over to Mike Peter.

After a very tough start on a pitch that looked made for seam bowling, England have recovered well and might even be the happier of the two sides at lunch.

Matt Henry took two and Tim Southee got the other as England's top three went early, but since then Joe Root and Harry Brook have put on 70.

Brook, as seems inevitable every time he bats at the moment, has passed 50 and tourists will look to build further in the afternoon session.

Penultimate ball of the session and Harry Brook reaches yet another half-century in Test cricket.

A fourth Test fifty to go with three tons, he gets there from 51 balls and, of course, it comes up with a boundary.

He didn't get all of it as he drove Bracewell behind square but it just beats the fielder to the boundary cushion.

The check ensures it definitely will be the last over of the morning.

Marco: If these two can get through to lunch, you’d say England are on top despite the three early wickets to fall. Pitch is flatter, ball not doing much, and runs seem easier to come by

Time for one over before lunch and, as is traditional, we're going to see some spin.

Michael Bracewell will bowl to Joe Root. If he's quick, they might even have time for another one.

For a ball or two, I thought Brook might be playing for lunch after ducking a bouncer.

Nope. Wagner goes short again to end the over and Brook slaps it away behind square on the pull. Four more.

  10. Eng 91-3published at 24 overs

Having struggled to beat the in-field a couple of times in the over, Root finds the big gap on the leg side from Southee's last delivery.

Just a single, preventing another maiden and delaying the resumption of that Wagner v Brook battle, at least for a ball or two.

  11. Eng 90-3published at 23 overs

Muscled over mid-on for four! Nowhere near the middle of the bat from Harry Brook but he just keeps finding the boundary.

The man is fearless - and who can blame him given his recent form?

Neil Wagner doesn't look impressed. A lot of people watching on certainly are, though.

The Pressure Drop: As a Montreal-based Englishman, I'm very much in favour of these 5pm starts! Peppa Pig currently looking after the 3-year-old while Dad enjoys the live text. Splendid.

Another maiden from Southee, his third of the morning and New Zealand's fifth.

It feels like it must be some time since England faced that many maidens in a session.

Play that! Beauty from Tim Southee, angling the ball in to Joe Root before nipping it away to just beat the edge.

Still plenty in this surface for the bowlers.

  15. Eng 86-3published at 21 overs

Brook middles a leg-stump half-volley from Wagner through mid-wicket for four. Top shot.

That prompts Wagner to go to the short stuff and although the left-armer creates two plays and misses as Brook goes after it, the England man swats one to mid-wicket boundary in between.

    Good battle.

Matt Henry with a moment familiar to all club cricketers as he stumbles and then goes down in instalments at mid-on before somehow letting the slow-moving ball slide under his body.

Two bonus runs for Joe Root.

  18. 50 runs

    Eng 72-3published at 19 overs

The fifty partnership between Root and Brook comes up but only after a bit of a let off for the latter.

Wagner does try him out with a couple of short balls, the first is called wide on height but Brook goes after the next.

He doesn't get hold of it at all, the ball loops into the leg side but Tim Southee is slow to react at mid-on and the ball lands safely.

  19. Eng 67-3published at 18 overs

Certainly no sign of either of those shots as yet. Southee does though send down the first proper bouncer of the match, pulled away comfortably enough by Root for a single.

Brook pushes one into the covers and that completes the scoring for the over.

We've got a little over half an hour left in what has been an eventful morning session.

The big screen has just shown Joe Root's two dismissals from the first Test, his reverse-scoop and reverse-sweep. For various reasons, I doubt we'll see similar today.
