Heyhoe Flint Trophy comes homepublished at 10:10 British Summer Time 25 September 2022
Northern Diamonds v Southern Vipers (play starts 10:30)
The Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy final is being played at the home of cricket for the first time today.
The inaugural final was staged at Edgbaston in 2020 before moving to the County Ground in Northampton 12 months ago.
It is fitting, though, for Lord's to host the match, with the competition having been named after the late Baroness Heyhoe Flint, who captained England between 1966 and 1978 and was inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame in 2010, at its inception.
She was also one of the first 10 women to become a member of the MCC and the East Gate was renamed in her honour last month.
