That is abysmal cricket. She is not even looking.

Moni run out (Kumari) 2 (Ban 102-6)
And another one!
An arrow-like throw from the fielder takes down the stumps at the non-striker's end.
Mst Ritu Moni isn't looking at the ball and doesn't realise the throw coming in at her end. If she had been looking she could've gone for a dive! Instead she's out by some distance and leaves her side in more trouble.

Bangladesh are in a spot of bother.
Mondal st Sanjeewani b Ranasinghe 11 (Ban 98-5)
Two wickets in three balls!
Oshadi Ranasinghe strikes again. Lata runs about 20 yards out of her crease to hit the ball, misses, and Sanjeewani whips the bails off straight away!
Just what Sri Lanka needed.

Joty has struck the ball really nicely but it has gone straight to the fielder. She will be annoyed with herself because she had just set a platform to be able to capitalise.
Sultana c Madavi b Ranasinghe 28 (Ban 95-4)
Sri Lanka are fighting back!
They have managed to slow down Bangladesh's run-rate from 8 to 6.20 as the wickets continue to tumble.
Sultana goes down and hits the ball high up in the air but straight into the hands of the fielder at mid-wicket.
Bangladesh are still rotating the strike which is important but Sugandika Kumari restricts them to four runs.
Sri Lanka have turned to seamer Ama Kanchana, who concedes only four runs. Bangladesh's run-rate has dropped in the last five overs. They can't seem to find the boundary ropes.

Sri Lanka have just wrestled back a little bit of control since the powerplay and the boundaries have dried up a bit since the wicket of Sobhana Mostary.
Bangladesh have slowed down a bit. After Chamari Atapattu's breakthrough wicket, Sri Lanka can start feeling in control.
Only five singles from this over.

Chamari Atapattu is fired up.
Back comes to Chamari Atapattu and after a fumble in the deep with the final ball, Nigar Sultana Joty and Lata Mondal manage to come back for two runs.
Atapattu does not look happy but she's done well to not let any more boundaries through.

Not sure if that was a genuine attempt at a run out at the non striker's end, or just a sign of frustration from Atapattu - she didn't even bother appealing in the end.
This is a vastly inferior performance from Sri Lanka from what we saw two nights ago.
I agree, I do think there should be a warning

I think you should give a warning and if they do it again you are within your rights to run them out.
There's just no skill in taking a wicket like that.
Lata is looking a bit nervous at the crease running halfway down the wicket before getting sent back by Joty. She's home safely though.
Sugandika Kumari finishes the over with a single.

Why would you want to run someone out at the non-striker's end when you can get much more satisfaction bowling them through the gate?
Mostary b Atapattu 29 (Ban 71-3)
It's a full-length ball from Atapattu and it bowls Mostary through the gate! She gives a roar and is very happy with that.
Sri Lanka needed that wicket.
Well, well, well...
Chamari Atapattu just tried to Mankad Nigar Sultana Joty who, thankfully for Bangladesh, was safely in her ground at the non-striker's end. Or was she? That looked premeditated. Atapattu barely broke into her delivery stride.
Sri Lanka's fielding has not been that good. There was a chance for a run-out but a fumble in the field allowed Bangladesh to get through for a single.
Otherwise a good over from Inoka Ranaweera who only concedes four runs.
Chamari Atapattu comes on and she looks slight annoyed.
