This is all very untidy from Sri Lanka.
That was a long over.
It's not great from Kavisha Dilhari who bowls four wides in the over.
Sri Lanka need to bowl straighter if they want to control Bangladesh's innings.
Nigar Sultana Joty and Sobhana Mostary make sure they capitalise and take singles running between the wicket.
The slip remains in place as Inoka Ranaweera comes in. She took three wickets in the last game and has managed to control Bangladesh's boundaries in this over only conceding four singles.
If Sri Lanka win this game it could be huge for the tournament.

Sri Lanka are not playing well at all so far this evening.
It's been a great start from Bangladesh in the powerplay.
Achini Kulasuriya first ball is hit for four. It's a half-volley and Sobhana Mostary hits it down the ground through mid-off to the boundary rope.

That's a wonderful shot. The bowler isn't happy, but you've got to bowl it straight!
And the next ball is hit to the boundary!
It's wide from Oshadi Ranasinghe and Bangladesh's captain Nigar Sultana Joty takes full advantage of it by finding the ropes. A good start for the skipper.
Shamima c Sanjeewani b Ranasinghe 20 (Ban 36-2)
Fired in by spinner Oshadi Ranasinghe, Shamima Sultana tries the cut shot and gets an edge behind to the keeper.
Sri Lanka have brought seamer Ama Kanchana on to bring things back under control.
There's a packed outfield to stop Bangladesh from hitting any more boundaries.
But that's not a problem for Shamima, she hits to the on side for another boundary!

That is hopeless. That is appalling. That should have been a run out by half a pitch.
Back-to-back boundaries for Bangladesh! They've come to fight.
Kumari picked up a few wickets against South Africa the other night but she is looking frustrated with herself.
She is bowling wide and is being punished.
There's almost a run-out again but there's an overthrow from Vishmi and it misses the wicketkeeper completely! Vishmi swoops on the ball from square leg but under-arms the ball over the keeper's head. A better throw and it would have been a wicket.

This is loose bowling from Sri Lanka. Every over is providing opportunities for boundaries to be scored.
A nice shot for four through backward point from Shamima Sultana.
Khatun run out 0 (Ban 8-1)
We have the first wicket of the game and it's a run out!
Salma Khatun got a thick outside edge off of Oshadi Ranasinghe's first ball and ran for a tight single. Murshida was late setting off between the wicket and it proves costly - Khatun was out by a mile.
I agree with Alex Hartley...

I think this is close.
The game's only just started...

I think it will be a good game. Bangladesh have improved a lot over the last year but Sri Lanka will be favourites after beating South Africa in their first game.
Bangladesh have had a chance to see how the wicket was playing in the earlier game.
You can see the India team watching on smiling, they're happy with their performance.
A nice stroke from Shamima Sultana who hits Achini Kulasuriya's third ball in front of backward point for four.
But she doesn't stop there.
The final ball of the over is threaded through the same gap for four again.
A good start for Bangladesh.
