Ireland will have been disappointed with their game against England. They started well but struggled in the middle.
Muneeba Ali and Javeria Khan are opening the batting for Pakistan.
Orla Prendergast, who got Sophia Dunkley out in their game against England, opens the bowling for Ireland.
There is a strong breeze blowing across the ground at Newlands, Cape Town, with some clouds in sight. The wind might affect the ball slightly but shouldn't cause too much interruption in play.

Pakistan captain Bismah Maroof: "We were not relying on the toss, we will put up a good total batting. There were loads of positives to take from the game against India.
"Ireland are a strong side and have played aggressive cricket.
"We have one change. Sidra Ameen is out and Tuba Hassan is in."
Ireland captain Laura Delany: "It looks like a nice wicket but we want to get out there as a fielding unit.
"I thought we started really well with the bat against England and had good intent but we struggled in the middle and that is an area we're going to focus on today.
"We will have to assess the wicket, it looks like there will be some turn on offer.
"It is always a tough game against Pakistan and if both sides play to their best it should be a great game."
