West Indies XI: Matthews (c), Williams (wk), Campbelle, James, Gajnabi, Henry, Alleyne, Holder, Fletcher, Ramharack, Connell.
Ireland XI: Hunter, Lewis, Prendergast, Delany (c), Richardson, Little, Waldron (wk), Paul, Kelly, Murray, Maguire.
West Indies captain Hayley Matthews: "I'm fine with the toss, if we won we would have batted too. You've got to do one of the two at the end of the day.
"We've got a lot to play for. Coming into the World Cup we knew the first two games were tough and this game is good to see where we are as a team.
"We didn't get the score we wanted against England and India and hopefully we can change that."
Ireland captain Laura Delany: "We'll have a bat first. It's a nice wicket, we fielded first the other day and we want to change that up.
"We've put in good performances during the warm-up games and we've been disappointed so far but we have a young group who can bounce back.
"I feel like we need to be a bit more hungry for it.
"It's a really nice ground and a good wicket once you get in."
Heads the call from Laura Delany....heads it is.
