More from West Indies skipper Hayley Matthews: "We had a tough couple of months so it's good to get the momentum in from the last game to win two consecutive matches. We need a couple of results go our way to qualify, but we just did our own thing.

"We have a lot of young players which is exciting for the future. Hopefully they can grow and progress. The management and staff are certainly supporting them the whole way."

Player of the match, West Indies' Hayley Matthews: "My heart is still beating a bit fast. As West Indians we like to keep the game close but glad we got over the line in the end.

"We knew we had to be extra special in the field today and we spoke about not just winning the game with bat and ball but in the field as well and I think the girls did that.

"It was just about hitting the stumps, the wicket had its own variations.

"Over the last couple of weeks I have tried to take on resposibility at the top of the idea, but Williams was really good and it was a complete team effort again."

Pakistan have lost that themselves. They were going three an over at the start in this match. It has been so disappointing.
