The left-arm spinner will be bowling to Jason Roy...
England all-rounder Will Jacks on his ODI debut in the series opener: "It was brilliant, it was my third cap which was sorting completing the set as an international cricketer.
"It's always been a dream of mine to play for England and anytime you get the chance to represent them is incredible.
"It is something I've worked towards over the last few years but I haven't played a lot of 50-over cricket really.
"My last game was in 2019 so it was quite strange, I kind of had to relearn the rules, I was asking Mo [Ali] about the fielding restrictions and how many bouncers a bowler is allowed etc.
"But it's always amazing to play for England. I was very happy with my debut, I knew beforehand that I might have to bowl, Jos mentioned it and we know what the pitches here are like.
"My first ball went for four which wasn't ideal but I settled in after that.
"With the bat, I wasn't really thinking about the scoreboard, I was just thinking about getting through the first few balls and starting to feel comfortable. It took me about 15 balls to get one out of the middle."
Perhaps no surprise to see Jofra Archer sit this one out as England try to manage his workload after so long out.
Speaking of which, it is great to see Saqib Mahmood back in an England shirt following a lengthy absence of his own after he suffered a stress fracture of the back at the beginning of last summer.
That came shortly after he had made his Test debut in the West Indies and seemed to be blossoming as an international cricketer. He'll hope to get back on track in that regard today.
Bangladesh: Tamim (c), Litton, Shanto, Shakib, Mushfiqur (wk), Mahmudullah, Afif, Mehidy, Taskin, Taijul, Mustafizur.
England: Roy, Salt, Malan, Vince, Buttler (c, wk), Jacks, Moeen, S Curran, Rashid, Mahmood, Wood.
England captain Jos Buttler: "We were going to look to bat first today, I think the wicket is a bit tacky but similar so we're happy to bat first.
"Dawid Malan played an outstanding innings [in the first ODI] and carried the batting on his own, which was a fantastic effort. It's great to win games when you know you didn't play your best.
"We've got plenty of areas we can try and improve on today.
"We have to assess the conditions and adapt as quickly as possible, we don't really set any numbers at the start, we try and communicate s we go along.
"We know Bangladesh are a really tough challenge at home, that's why we're excited about coming here and trying to beat them."
Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal: "It is a bit soft compared to the first match and it looks a bit tacky as well.
"It has been a fantastic ground for us. It is a big game. We were really good in the first game, we didn't bat that well but the bowling and fielding was excellent. We just need to bat well today and repeat what we did in the field and bowling.
"We've had a long chat as a team about what we need to do against particular batters but we need to execute it in the field."
Jos Buttler calls wrong for the second game running but this time Tamim Iqbal decides it would be better for Bangladesh to chase.
England make two changes with Sam Curran and Saqib Mahmood in for Chris Woakes and Jofra Archer. The hosts are unchanged.
After a brilliant, battling hundred from Dawid Malan got England over the line in a nervy opener, the tourists have a chance to clinch the series today.
Bangladesh have an excellent home record, though, and have won their last seven ODI series in their own conditions.
Both sides are building to the World Cup as well, so could we see them shuffle their packs? A debut for Rehan Ahmed perhaps? Or maybe a return for Saqib Mahmood?
Time for news from the toss in Mirpur...
