Dawid Malan is in at three for England, who had a good ODI series, but oddly it often feels like he's competing for his place in the side despite a remarkable record.

Jacob Wadsworth: You know it's a tricky wicket when the two "in" batters are struggling to time the ball, we've done well here so far.
Salt c Das b Nasum 38 (Eng 80-1)
Well! A blatant edge and Phil Salt trudges off, using the towel he called for to wipe his head as he departs.
A smart catch from Litton Das behind the stumps, and that's given them a little boost as the innings reaches the halfway mark.
An eventful over!
Phil Salt takes an almighty heave, is given out caught behind, but reviews it straight away and even confidently calls for a towel while he's waiting.
It's starting to spiral out of control for the hosts.
Phil Salt joins the party as he clubs one straight down the ground with absolutely no timing.
That drop is looking worse and worse as every ball ticks by.
A perfectly-timed reverse sweep from Buttler races away to the boundary.
In the air again... but way over long-on.
Buttler was just getting a little tied down, and again unleashes his frustration with a six from the last ball of the over - this one timed much better.
He then proceeds to squeeze the sweat out of his helmet. Lovely.
The spinners are rattling through their overs now and are doing it well, England just dealing in singles for the time being.
Remember, Bangladesh have already had a chance to get Buttler on 19. They can't afford to miss any more.
Shakib takes the ball in attempt to redeem himself after that horror drop.
A tidy start, just four singles from it.
Just to rub salt in the wound (sorry), Phil Salt whacks the next ball for four.
A profitable powerplay for England.
Eng 45-0
Oh dear.
Jos Buttler slogs one high, high in the air and Shakib Al Hasan steadies himself under it with plenty of time, but somehow the ball just plops out of his hands.
An absolute sitter. How costly will that be?!
Salt 20, Buttler 19
First of the day!
Not sure where this came from, perhaps a bit of frustration from Buttler who was dabbing plenty of singles, but clears his front leg and whacks Mustafizur's last ball of the over for six over long-on.
Wasn't even close to timing that at all. Ridiculous.
Good pace from Taskin Ahmed, hitting around 87mph with his first ball, but it's still punched through the covers by Buttler for four more.
He responds with a beauty that nips past Buttler's outside edge Test-match style.
Bangladesh continue to rotate their bowlers in the powerplay with Mustafizur Rahman bowling the third over.
His second ball is driven down the ground for four by Phil Salt, who's looked a lot more comfortable against the pace than the spin so far.
Usman Khawaja's unbeaten 65 has helped Australia reach 149-2 at tea on day one of the final Test with India in Ahmedabad.
On an attritional day for batting Khawaja brought up his half-century off 146 balls as he and Steve Smith, who is 38 not out off 129 balls, helped Australia rebuild from a slight wobble after two quick wickets left them 72-2.
Travis Head (32) fell to the spin of Ravichandran Ashwin before Mohammed Shami bowled Marnus Labuschagne through the gate for just two. India lead the series 2-1 and have already retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
However, they must win the final Test to guarantee their place, alongside Australia, in June's World Test Championship at The Oval.
A draw or defeat would open the door for Sri Lanka, who would need to beat New Zealand 2-0.
They are well placed at the close of day one of the first Test in Christchurch. Kusal Mendis hit 87 to help Sri Lanka reach 305-6, as Tim Southee finished the day with 3-44.
Buttler 6, Salt 8
Taskin Ahmed recovers well after his first ball was whacked for four, but England will be delighted if they can keep this run-rate for nine an over on what looks like quite a sluggish pitch.
You can see the sweat already on the players' foreheads, showing just how humid it is. Looks a bit different from the snow I can see in my garden right now.
And another! Salt gratefully carves a loose delivery from Taskin Ahmed through the covers for his first boundary.
It's followed by a hearty lbw appeal from the bowler as Salt is struck on the pads, but it's evidently going down the leg side.
First boundary!
Phil Salt has a bit of difficulty against the spin with one just zipping past his leg stump, but Jos Buttler thumps the last ball of the over down the ground for four with his typical ease.
Let's go then!
Spinner Nasum Ahmed gets things going, with Phil Salt dabbing a single out to long-off to get England's innings under way.
Jos Buttler has lost all seven tosses in white-ball games played by England this year.
