Dom Goodman comes into the attack for Middleton at the Pavilion End.
The second ball is edged just short and wide of Ollie Price at slip by Leus du Plooy for a single.
Alex Thomson pulls a ball just short of deep backward square and that's another fairly streaky single.
Du Plooy gets a single via an inside edge to the on side and Goodman completes the over with a beauty that cuts back off the seam sharply, beat Thomson and flies over the stumps to the keeper.

After taking two wickets with the first two deliveries with the new ball, it has not been quite so effective since.
40 runs have now been taken off it by the Glamorgan last pair Andy Gorvin and Jamie McIlroy in 34 deliveries, to earn the hosts an unlikely first batting bonus point.
Gorvin is now on to 42, thanks to a six and the latest of his three fours, while McIlroy has plundered three boundaries himself.
Juat another 94 needed to avoid the follow-on.
