  1. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 18.3 overs

    Mooney c Bell b Ecclestone 33 (Aus 88-3)

    Breakthrough!

It's a poor ball from Sophie Ecclestone really but it's done the trick for England. Sliding well down leg, Beth Mooney went for the sweep and hit it straight into the hands of Lauren Bell.

Mooney could not have picked out short fine leg better if she'd tried.

  2. Aus 86-2published at 18 overs

Beth Mooney finds the boundary again. It's a bit of an ugly hoick to leg, playing across the line but the ball finds the gap.

Just one more from Nat Sciver-Brunt's over but the concern for England is that the only real scare for Australia in recent overs has come through some risky running.

We're going to see a lot of spin today - Australia have got four spinners in their team, including two leggies (Alana King and Georgia Wareham).

  4. Aus 81-2published at 17 overs

Another boundary to start a Sophie Ecclestone over as Beth Mooney sweeps hard and behind square for four.

Again, though, Ecclestone recovers well and the only other run from the over was a risky one.

Mooney defended into the covers and set off for the single, Ellyse Perry went for it but the underarm throw is not far off the mark and Perry would have been gone with a hit.

    Close.

Katherine doesn't share her crisps. When she played her 100th match for England, Laura Marsh bought her a 32-pack of crisps. Katherine ate them all in one day!

  7. Aus 76-2published at 16 overs

Beth Mooney keeps strike with a single glided down to deep third.

Australia have pushed on against since drinks, putting a bit of pressure back on the England bowlers.

I like that from Mooney, she's putting pressure back on the bowlers but she didn't hit it cleanly, which England will not mind either.

  9. Aus 75-2published at 15.3 overs

    Top shot!

Beth Mooney clears her front leg and launches Nat Sciver-Brunt back down the ground for four.

It wasn't a perfect connection but more than good enough to clear the in-field before bouncing over the rope.

I've been trying to think what Tammy Beaumont's ponytail reminds me of - she used to go for the bun... it reminds me of Basil Brush!

  11. Aus 71-2published at 15 overs

Good comeback from Sophie Ecclestone as she reels off five dot balls to Ellyse Perry.

  12. Aus 71-2published at 14.1 overs

    Perry 31, Mooney 17

Not the start that England wanted after drinks as Sophie Ecclestone angles the ball down leg and Ellyse Perry sweeps for four.

Sarah Glenn got a hand on it at short fine leg but not enough to prevent the ball trickling into the boundary cushion.

England have got some momentum through this series now, they've got that belief. They are going to take it one game at a time but they've got confidence.

England have dragged things back really nicely with the ball - the run-rate has dropped a little. This partnership is key for Australia.

  15. drinks break

    Drinks breakpublished at 14 overs

    Aus 67-2

Time for drinks. England have slowed run-rate since the end of the powerplay but they'll be keen to break this partnership between Beth Mooney and Ellyse Perry.

Do that and they're really in business.

  16. Aus 67-2published at 14 overs

Play and a miss from Beth Mooney as she tries to angle the ball down to deep third. The ball moved away off the seam, though, to beat the edge.

    Good delivery from Nat Sciver-Brunt.

What Australia do so well against Sophie Ecclestone is rotate the strike. She has a deep cover, so there's an easy single and it allows them to score at five an over quite easily which puts pressure back on the bowler.

  18. Aus 66-2published at 13 overs

Tidy stuff from Sophie Ecclestone as you'd expect. Just a couple of singles from it.

England have done well to limit the runs since the end of the powerplay.
