Josh Hazlewood will open the afternoon session.
Lord's is simmering.
This could be spicy...
Thanks, Sam.
Right, what did I miss?
Give it time, Matt! Although it looks as though they were clapped out of the Long Room on the way out.
Anyway, my nerves are shot so it is time for me to hand you over to Tom Mallows for what could be an explosive afternoon session.

More boos as the Aussies walk down the pavilion steps, although not quite with the ferocity of earlier.
Most of the 21% is down to Ben Stokes.
The England captain was sparked into life by that Jonny Bairstow dismissal and has goe to a fantastic hundred.

Out of interest what's the winviz percentage for an England win now? Any higher than the 13% it was when Duckett got out?
Tom, Leeds
Winviz for England is currently at 21%, Tom.

It's certainly brings into question the spirit of the game.

A lot of comparisons with a run-out at the non-striker’s end (Mankad).
But Bairstow wasn’t trying to gain any advantage, so there’s significant difference there.
100% correct decision from the umpires, the debate purely around Australia’s choice to stick with appeal.

Is it "out' in the laws of the game? Yes. That's all that matters. This "Spirit of the Game" nonsense is for club level cricket. This is elite sport where you're dealing with tight margins. Any edge of an advantage - within the laws of the game - you take it. Well done Carey for recognising a lapse of concentration from Bairstow.
Zak, Manchester
Carey underarms the ball at the stumps, Bairstow wanders out of his ground... Why would that be not out? The arbitrary application of cricket 'moral rules' is infuriating. What happened to stay in your ground?
J in Leeds
A few more verbals for luck as the players headed off for lunch.
However, this match finishes, the Headingley Test is going to be much-watch!

I'm living in Tokyo so normally watch the first session then catch 'Today at the Test' next morning, but there's no way I'm getting to sleep after this!

Stuart Broad also had a few choice words for Pat Cummins after the Australia captain put down a very difficult caught and bowled chance off Ben Stokes.
The stump mic has picked up some of what Stuart Broad was saying once he got out to the middle.
To Alex Carey: "That's all you'll ever be remembered for that."
To Pat Cummins: "That's the worst thing I've ever seen in cricket."
He's not holding back.

Ben Stokes in these critical moments in the game is the best player in the world.
Stephan Shemilt
BBC Sport chief cricket writer at Lord's
If Australia were very unwise to anger Stokes, the last person they want as his sidekick is Stuart Broad. There are not two men alive that want to get in an Ashes battle more than the England pair batting right now.
In amongst all that mayhem, Ben Stokes smashed three sixes in a row to bring up his century.
Australia may come to regret riling up the England captain...

There are members in the Long Room so enraged that they've reverted from a Windsor knot into a much more aggressive half Windsor.
James M, Cambridge
Remember a couple of hours ago when this was considered one of the most likeable Australia teams in years?

Technically out. Should have been asked to withdraw the appeal. Should have withdrawn the appeal. Bad sportsmanship. In over 50 years, never seen Lords that hostile. Bad show.
Fleet
Currently in the crowd at Lord's, and that Bairstow wicket lit a fire here amongst every last Englishman in the home of cricket. Not least Ben Stokes!
