That's it from the women's game at Old Trafford but, fear not, we'll be back very soon for the men's game.

Southern Brave can now look ahead to Sunday at Lord's. They're into a third Hundred final but are looking for their first win.

You can read Ffion Wynne's report from today's comprehensive victory here.

We'll be back at 18:00 BST for a key game in the men's competition. You can watch it live on BBC Two and join us here.

    See you then!

  2. 'We weren't good enough in key moments'

Manchester Originals stand-in captain Ellie Threlkeld on BBC Two: "Obviously Soph [Ecclestone] is a huge part of our team as a captain and a player so that was a huge loss.

"We all hope she's alright. The girls reacted really well to that and I thought we played really well with the bat in the first half on a tough pitch.

"We didn't bowl to well in the second innings. Credit to Danni Wyatt and Maia Bouchier for how they batted, incredible.

"Key moments of the game, we probably weren't good enough. But we'll take the positives from what has been a pretty good competition for us, we've just been on the tough side of a couple of close games and had a couple of rain offs early doors.

"We're proud of the way we've played."

  3. 'I can hit sixes without trying'

Southern Brave batter Maia Bouchier on BBC Two: "It was great to get out there and bat with Danni. We've batted a lot together it was nice to bat with her and see how well she's doing.

"We've had a really good stretch in this competition. We have really class batters coming in, someone like Georgia Adams finishing off and Freya Kemp as well. We're given that opportunity and it's great to win the game.

"For me, it's more mental and having that clarity to keep it really simple, stick to my strengths because I know I can hit the ball for six without even trying.

"People keep telling me that so having the confidence to do it really helps. I love hitting down the ground, that's something I've really worked on."

On whether Brave will win the final: "Yes, 100%. Third time lucky, let's go!"

Brave certainly deserve to be the team who go straight through to the final.

Charlotte Edwards is doing something right as coach. She's also really developing young players - look at how Maia Bouchier has played this season.

  5. Post update

Danni Wyatt was in brilliant form for Brave today.

She'll hope to take that into the final at Lord's on Sunday!

Bouchier does it in style with a boundary!

Southern Brave are in the final for the third successive year - can they make it third time lucky?

That's about as emphatic a statement as Brave could make.

  7. BreakingSouthern Brave win by eight wickets

Southern Brave win and are through to their third straight Hundred final!

Maia Bouchier seals the victory with a boundary. A comprehensive win for the visitors at Old Trafford. All wrapped up with 28 balls to spare.

After defeats in 2021 and 2022, is this the year that Charlotte Edwards' team finally lift the trophy?

  8. Brave 115-2

    Need 4 more

No great rush for Southern Brave. They're happy to take a pair of singles from Kathryn Bryce's set.

They're four runs away now with 30 balls to get them.

  9. Post update

Maia Bouchier has already cleared the ropes a couple of times in this innings...

  10. Brave 113-2

    Need 6 more

The Brave are now just a shot away from victory.

A fabulous innings from Wyatt - her second half-century in The Hundred this season.

  15. WICKET

    Wyatt b Bryce 60 (Brave 108-2)

Bowled her! Something for Manchester Originals to celebrate.

Good slower ball from Kathryn Bryce and when Danni Wyatt misses with a cut shot, the ball thuds into off stump.

The end of a wonderful innings from the Brave opener.

  16. Brave 108-1

    Need 11 more

There's been no stopping Danni Wyatt since that dropped catch!

She clatters the ball over extra cover off Kathryn Bryce to take Brave ever closer.

  17. Brave 103-1

    Need 16 more

Six from Amanda-Jade Wellington's set of five but it's just a matter of time for Southern Brave need.

They're on the brink of securing their place in Sunday's final at Lord's.

Danni Wyatt on the charge! The timing is so effortless.

  20. 50 for Danni Wyatt

    Brave 97-1

Danni Wyatt has just made Kathryn Bryce pay a huge price in the space of four balls.

She crashes the next two balls for four before pulling the last one in Emma Lamb's set for six!

That takes her to a half-century from 28 balls.
